Great treadmill for every day use.

After reviewing several treadmills I grabbed this one at $100 off. It took two of us to put together but we did it in an hour. It works great, syncs with your phone perfectly (while using the iFit). However once my 30 day membership is up I believe I'll have to program my workouts through my Samsung Health (via watch). The treadmill is easy to lift for cleaning and very easy to use.

Easy to use

Love that it folds away and it is easy to use. Also comes with the app you can use or not, it is a subscription you'll pay monthly for if you use it but you dont have to. Pretty quiet too. I use it while watching tv without having to blare the volume. It wasnt difficult to put together but did take some time. Love that it came with digital as well as printed instructions.

I would like to believe this is a good treadmill. After putting it together it was missing a part. We tried numerous times in various ways contact the company with no avail. After contacting the credit card company and initiating a dispute I was finally contacted. I am now waiting for the part.

Good so far

Took about an hour to assemble. No problem bypassing the IFIT program just hold the button down first time using and it starts up each time it's tirned on. The handrail grips do not stay together but I put rubber bands around and it's fine. It's very heavy to lift up and the frame is still on the floor so it really doesn't fold away. I've had for 2 weeks and it works well. I enjoy exercising outdoors but this will help when weather is inclement.

Terrible Purchase- Delivery was a Pain

The treadmill was a terrible buy. I had to deal with the treadmill for 3 weeks now. Basically, once you place the order, Sam's club partners up with a local delivery company. And my company, Pilot Deliveries were super unreliable that I cancelled the entire purchase. First, they delivered it to the wrong house. I had to go to my neighbor's house and haul a 200 lb treadmill to my house. Thank god my roomate was home to help. Then, when we open the treadmill, it's missing the packet with the manual and the screws. So we couldn't actually put it together. So I spent one day talking to a Sam's club customer service representative to order a replacement which took longer than usual because the representative did not speak English well and could not understand what I meant by the screws are missing. Finally, the replacement was ordered. The delivery company call me to schedule on Friday. I take off work just so I can get the treadmill. Of course, treadmill does not come. So I talk to their manager, and he said he will bring it Saturday. At this point, what's another day. Saturday comes, and surprise-no treadmill. So I call them on Monday, and they were like the driver didn't come in. We were supposed to reschedule with you but didn't. But here you are now, so let's reschedule. When I tried to reschedule my new delivery for my replacement order, I asked them if they had another order to pick up my original treadmill (the one without manual Or screws) to which they said they didn't. So I told them “I don't need 2 treadmills and someone needs to pick up my old one.” Of course, they direct me to reach out to Sam's club to see if they can arrange that. At this point, my frustration reached a new level and I cancelled the entire order. I ordered from a different company who didn't put me through this run around. I wish things were different. But glad to no longer deal with this anymore.

I wont purchase big equipment from Sams again

We purchased the treadmill back on Dec 30th.. when started putting it together we realized the handrails are missing. Sams clubs recommendation was to return it, like its easy to get the machine back to the store. The machine is no longer available at the Concord location. So now im dealing with proform directly to get the parts. Weeks later and still do not have a complete machine.

Definitely not worth the price

This treadmill is SMALL it's not worth the cost if you can shop around I suggest you do. It is narrow and very basic. This treadmill should cost 300 at best and doesn't have a heart rate monitor unfortunately it was bought at full price.
