Bike is super quiet. It's heavy and solidly built. Lots of adjustments to seat and handle bars. The tension adjustment knob is easy to turn. The "computer" is super basic, so I don't bother with it. Haven't tried the connected feature seems too much trouble for what it gives you.

The Echelon Connect Stationary Exercise Bike has proven to be a great way to keep your fitness up at an affordable price. My teenage son put it together in less than half an hour. It’s quiet and I get a good sweat from riding. Totally worth it!

Got this for Zone 2 cardio. It does exactly what I need it to do.

My bike was delivered. Yes, the outside of the box was a little dinged up, but the packaging was on point. There was no damage to the bike itself. The bike is really, really easy to put together. It takes literally minutes to put together. Once I was up and running I put on my 128bpm music and WHOA!! 3 minutes later I sweating my butt off!! Legs burning, sweat running, water bottle empty (lol). Do yourself a favor.....GET THE BIKE!!! (note: I did need to buy a "soft seat cover")

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Echelon Connect EX 30-RCX is simply an incredible machine at an even more incredible price point. I had high hopes for my EX30, and can confidently say all of my expectations were not only met, but exceeded. The EX30 offers several features that me and family absolutely adore. The SPD-compatible pedals allow you to really immerse yourself in your rides, and adds a sense of security and safety that I really enjoy. I have tried some other Bikes and they felt somewhat unstable. Not here, its a smooth ride all the way. Cannot wait to continue my exercise journey and try some more challenging rides in the future.

You have to pay for the app. It requires a monthly subscription. Other that that, its a great bike.

This has been the first purchase and I really feel these reviews are either paid for or fake. I bought this machine 3 weeks ago and was excited about it. After my husband had it finished we saw the weights that came with it were 2 different sizes and the piece that holds a table and the display had screw holes that were made too big so the screws provided didn’t fit. The company Echelon is a joke. They gave me the run around and after calling the third time since nobody ever got back to me they tried to give me the same answer about how someone would email me. (Never did) and they couldn’t pass my call to a manger or another department. Don’t waste your money on this bike. Sam’s club also does not post reviews made. It seems to surprise bad ones because this is my third review and so far my first 2 never posted.

I bought this bike and within three days the readout for power froze/ broke. I talked to Sam's club and they said that they're not sure if they will get more and they had an order for more but also showing as a discontinued item. I called Echelon and they told me that it would be months to get a replacement that it was an old model with a rebranded name. I also noticed most of these reviews are promotional and are misleading, this should be illegal. However, Sams club was very understanding and returning it was easy.

There’s a picture of a monitor or a tablet on the box you think you’re going to get it it does not say anywhere in the box that is not included. You do have to purchase this.
