So first things first when we opened the package we were missing the legs to stand it up and after that we turned the tv on and the entire upper part and down the left side was black and broken. We got this gift for my grandson for Christmas he finally saved up enough money and we payed for the rest it was a very horrible experience.

The tv is excellent but the remote is horrible and I do mean seriously flawed. Every move takes 3 tries to get it to connect with the tv, the round direction selector takes even more. It’s so frustrating I’m looking for a universal remote that will work. There is no number pad so I can’t click to the channel number I want you have to use the stupid round toggle to scroll all the way to the channel and hope you don’t throw the remote at the beautiful tv. I don’t normally write a review but I would not buy this tv just for the remote, it wasn’t cheap. TV would be 5 stars but only rates 2 because of the remote control.

the remote control advertised and pictured in the advertisement for this model is not the remote control received. I chose this model for the remote advertised. I could have gotten a cheaper model TV with the remote control that came with this model.

Easy to setup and I love the voice command option. It does have a learning curve to it, but not too bad. Fantastic picture and the response rate is great with streaming apps. So far I am quite pleased. I have not had it long enough to give it 5 star however. Time will tell.

I love this TV and think that more people should get it. The main reason I am only giving this four stars is due to two reasons. 1: Only one 4K 120 hz HDMI input This seems like a cost causing measure that probably would have not costed much more especially if an HDMI port goes bad for whatever reason. 2: While the TV supports variable refresh rate I cannot set a custom resolution and refresh rate via PC that's within its capabilities. Example: This monitor is capable of displaying 995328000 pixels a second in 4k 120Hz. It's also capable of displaying 497664000 pixels a second in 1080p 240Hz. So why can't it display 1440p 240Hz since that is only 884736000 pixels per second?

For gaming it's great. Tv picture is grainny somewhat. Came 4 days late in beat up box. Cannot stream/mirror Android to the TV which is ridiculous and no Google TV apps or other apps besides the ones they have so useless in that regard. So much for a smart tv.

This has been the best TV I've ever had so far, let me explain. The most important feature this tv has for me is that it can do 120hz at 4k. Slowly but surely this "tv" has been replacing my computer monitor and it's been great so far. The sound quality is alright with two downfiring speakers. Its Dolby/surround sound shenanigans sounds very noticeable when enabled so it works. The picture quality is strange in some pre-installed presets. But when customized, it looks as good as you can costumize it. The Vizio smart os has most if not all needed streaming platforms and the settings are simple and intuitive. Great tv for gaming with either a current gen console or a pc.

The TV has very good resolution and is great for video games. but it takes a while to load the 2.1 120hz port and there are times when it loses the signal, I thought it was my PS5 but it connects it to a Samsung TV and nothing happens, all normal so is the Vizio tv also there are lots of reviews saying the same . but if this tv did not had that problem ill give it a 5

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great TV so far. Picture is awesome. Colors pop and the black is dark. Replaced my 8 year old Vizio 50' with this TV. My old Vizio ran just about 24/7. If I can get 8 years from this new TV I'll be a really happy customer. Vizio has been a very reliable and trust worthy TV brand for me. I own 4 Vizio TV's been happy with them all

This tv was my first Vizio but the picture quality is excellent at a reasonable price. The only downside to Vizio is if you're streaming Spectrum it will need a Roku since it's not offered as an app option due to Vizio trying to override any cable option.
