No way to control the sound. Unbelievable in this day and age. Absolutely no way to adjust sound with remote.

i didn’t want to believe all the reviews there so rite this tv needs improvements. it’s going back to the to walmart won’t even set up

i am returning this tv because i was not able to turn on tv, the operation light is blinking but the screen black

excellent TV for watching and gaming. resolution is fabulous! the only reason for the four-star rating is that I have no knowledge as to reliability, as I have owned this TV for less than 2 weeks.
