[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this 65” for my mother in law. Unboxed, installed feet and initiated set up. I thought the screen was extremely bright and hoped that the software updates would clear it up . . . they did not! I tried all the different pre installed video modes to no avail. Called Vizio customer support and was surprised that a tech was only 2 seconds away. I ended speaking to three different techs all of which were very polite and professional. Each one had me go through several fixes , none were permanent solutions as the bright screen and reverse or negative image persisted. Final solution was to replace the tv. That is in the early stage so I will update review when I get replacement up and running. One caveat: I own four other Vizio tvs and only had one incident where the main board on my other 65” had to be replaced but is working fine!! All in all I would buy another Vizio product. I’m sure this is a fluke and I just happened to be the lucky guy to get “the one” bad tv out of ten thousand!

Great sound adjustable features to suit your space. Well i am keeping. Just wish they sold soeaker stands to accommodate these specifically. The wire has a attached plug on both ends preventing it to be hidden in most pole stands. Very bummed about that!!! Vizio needs provide this product for wire mngt.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this TV now for around 7 months. While it does have a decent picture, the operating system has been very sketchy. The most recent upgrade seemed to help some, but we still find ourselves having to reboot fairly often. We have had Vizio TVs for the past 10 years, but this will most likely be the last.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's fairly hard finding TVs with 4k and a 120-240hz refresh rate for a decent price but this TV had all the specs I wanted and was way cheaper than the normal brands I've purchased. Gaming and streaming comes through beautifully and the low input lag and high refresh rate has really helped on competitive PVP gaming for FPS.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this T.V. Because of the 2.1 HDMI for the 4K at 120Hz for my Xbox Series X. The picture on this tv is amazing. Also I stream my gaming laptop to play my PC games and the picture is unbelievably beautiful. No lag and to stream Netflix is so easy with no buffering when it’s connected to wifi. Great TV with a great Price

I decided to go with this unit as it was priced in my budget range with newer Technology than I could get at that price. Setup was a breeze! The picture is sweet! I am happy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall set has nice picture quality, liked the 120hz refresh rate and the 4 HDMI ports. Did have HDCP issues with all the HDMI ports that prevented my external devices (Tivo Edge, Blue-ray and DVD player) from working. Support was responsive and I was able to escalate the issue but being a brand-new set I returned it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My TV is about 6 months old. I do like most everything about it. The 120 Hertz refresh rate is amazing on Xbox series x. It's got a lot of great connectivity features. I do have one small niche about the TV. Sometimes The time between the time you push the button and the time it reacts on the TV can be a little slow sometimes. That's my only downside to this TV, otherwise it has just about every streaming app you could think of as well as some music apps. Overall I'm very happy with my TV.

Well packed, no issues whatsoever so far.
