[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The item works great, but I do have an issue when I use the MAX channel. I have to physically start the "closed caption" every time I want to watch any program. I am hard of hearing and this annoys me to no end

The OLED is so worth it, it is unreal. It almost looks like it is a 3-D television, as if I’m looking into a portal. Highly recommend, can’t go wrong.

Warranty was amazing and replaced the defective TV ASAP! I have had no issues with this version and it is amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love watching on vizio, you can call me a fan. I used to watch on a 55" vizio tv, which made me buy this qled tv. I do notice that it needs better audio or a soundbar for its immersive sound. Lets hope to see with future updates

Bought to replace our eight year old Visio that died. So far so good. Picture quality almost as good, pretty comparable. Many new features, will not use many of them that's for sure. Remarkable how far these things have come in eight years. Looking forward to many years of excellent service from this one.

This TV has many beautiful colors and its easy to dial in the settings to get it as perfect for viewing as possible. I have always bought Samsung TV's but not any longer, really love my Vizio M-series TV!
