Unfortunately, this was just a little too big for the space I intended so I had to return it.  It is a very nice umbrella, though.  Seems well made and mechanisms work smoothly.  Great that it has Sunbrella fabric at this price too.  Was not difficult to assemble, parts are clearly labeled and none were missing.  Better to have two people lift the umbrella onto the stand as it is heavy.  I would definitely have kept if I had the space for it.

A great addition to the yard!

Put together today and 1 of the main pieces that supposed to hold the umbrella out/open was broken. I’m so sad. What do we do now? It’s put together but can’t be used... and can’t be shipped back the way it is now.

Poor quality

This is a 2 person set up. Delivery was perfect and arrived undamaged. My husband and I were able to set this up in about an hour, with exception of filling sand in the base. Umbrella is beautiful!  Base is extremely well made and heavy. Very high quality. The directions were ok-we were able to figure out everything. We love how much this covers our back deck, so paws and feet aren’t burned. We had to buy sand to fill up the 4 base parts. This was very awkward as the sand we purchased was very damp and difficult to funnel into the base pieces. We actually gave up as we were running out of time and just put 4 bags of sand to weight the base until we have more time. This is also a 2 person job as each of the 4 base pieces become very heavy, so fill the base pieces on top of the umbrella base. Once each base is jammed with sand you’re supposed to fill with water, so take your time and figure out where you’re keeping this umbrella as it’s very heavy and there are no wheels to move the umbrella and stand.  The umbrella cover was cleverly made and fairly easy to put on.
