This is a 2 person set up. Delivery was perfect and arrived undamaged. My husband and I were able to set this up in about an hour, with exception of filling sand in the base. Umbrella is beautiful! Base is extremely well made and heavy. Very high quality. The directions were ok-we were able to figure out everything. We love how much this covers our back deck, so paws and feet aren’t burned. We had to buy sand to fill up the 4 base parts. This was very awkward as the sand we purchased was very damp and difficult to funnel into the base pieces. We actually gave up as we were running out of time and just put 4 bags of sand to weight the base until we have more time. This is also a 2 person job as each of the 4 base pieces become very heavy, so fill the base pieces on top of the umbrella base. Once each base is jammed with sand you’re supposed to fill with water, so take your time and figure out where you’re keeping this umbrella as it’s very heavy and there are no wheels to move the umbrella and stand. The umbrella cover was cleverly made and fairly easy to put on.

We had the previous model - lasted over 5 years. Great quality and durability. Our new one has some upgraded designs like the handle that snaps into place vs tightening by turning - should be more durable. The tilt feature is nice. The base also has been improved for more wind resistance, etc. Very sturdy - hung some LED lights from the interior frame. NICE!!

Unbeatable deal on a high quality patio umbrella, the finish, fabric & materials feels sturdy and top quality, easy to assemble and use, comes with the base and the convenient umbrella cover which protects while the umbrella is not in use, for the price this accessories are fabulous, it will be at least $150 if should you buy it separately, the only hard is the preparation of the umbrella base which requires tons of sand and couple of hours to fill it up but it’s worth it for the assurance of a well secured patio umbrella, definitely would buy it again. No one can compete for the price and quality.

The Member's Mark 10' Cantilever Umbrella is a very sturdy and durable outdoor umbrella. It is a neutral color and works well with all color schemes. The 10' provides great coverage for our patio needs. This is actually our second time purchasing one. We had the first one for over 5 years. No doubt it would have lasted much longer had it not been left open during an ice/snow storm. Even at that, the umbrella was still in good shape but the mechanism that opens and closes was destroyed.

It’s Big, well built, easy to assemble-1 person can do it but will be easier with two. Requires 5 bags of sand and after topping off water much easier to put in place with two people. Adjusts up and down, rotates, and tilts. I like it.

The umbrella is great but the only thing that went wrong was it was damaged in shipping and the company is unable to provide a replacement part for our umbrella! Is there anything that Sam’s Club do for us?

The most consuming part was putting the sand in the stand. The instructions for that were not there for how much sand was needed. Love that it covers the area I needed to cover and can move around to accommodate the sun during the day

The umbrella is fine, however, there was no hardware included and Sam's had terrible customer service. Sam's would not send just the hardware and kept saying I could return the entire umbrella, but could not get the hardware. I ended up going to the hardware store to buy my own hardware.

This cantilever umbrella is quite nice. It is easily managed while moving it to the desired position. Filling it with sand was relatively easy but, after assembly, one of the ends keeps tipping over. It seems the plastic is slightly askew. Similarly, the cap that covers where the pole meets the base, does not sit flush. It's supposed to add a finished look but it just makes it look like it's cheaply made. Overall, it appears to be decent quality but we are a bit disappointed in the workmanship.

Put together today and 1 of the main pieces that supposed to hold the umbrella out/open was broken. I’m so sad. What do we do now? It’s put together but can’t be used... and can’t be shipped back the way it is now.
