The mixer itself is great, my fault is with being charged twice for the same product. After talking to Sam's Club customer service twice now, I'm still waiting for my refund.

Great mixer, replaced my 30 year KitchenAid. Have to get used to the lift bowl instead of tilt, got on sale at a very good price with the additional 3 attachments.

Ordered this as a Christmas present for my daughter. Dead on arrival. Would not turn on. Very disappointed. Since I got it on sale, I’m going to try to do a return. Fingers crossed

Had to return 2 of them due to dying after trying to mix dough Everything works well on outlet and nothing else is affected Research online ! You will find similar results!

After 3 years the motor decides when it will come on after moving the leaver. MX does not answer calls but I see on here it may be fixed for half the price of a new on. Might try Cuisinart....

very cheaply made. It looks like a cheap knock-off version of a KitchenAid. Not at all the quality you would expect. The bowl lift is clunky, noisy and get stuck. attachments were missing, very poorly packaged. I will never recommend KitchenAid to anyone ever again. I will never purchase one ever again. returning this item immediately. do not recommend.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is my second kitchen aid mixer- had the same bowl- lifting style for over 20 years! Used the new mixer a few times! Worked great, but when working heavier dough, the bowl became disconnected from the raised locking mechanism and "dropped" out of place. This never happened with my old mixer!

My fiancé bought me this for Christmas. I literally made cookies with it and then the next time I wanted to start the next batch it wouldn’t turn on so we returned. It got another one. I tested it on speed one before I put anything in the bowl and it worked. I turned it off put everything in the bowl and try turning it back on to speed one again and it wouldn’t work so I am very unhappy with KitchenAid. This was my first experience with KitchenAid. I’ve never had one before and now I did and I literally do not like it because their stuff does not work. If it’s cheap, it will not work if it’s expensive, you have a 50-50 chance of it working I will find a different brand of mixer to purchase. I will not purchase KitchenAid again I do love the fact that if you buy it at Sam’s Club, you can return it and get your money back or to get another item but I will not get another KitchenAid ever again.

Love the mixer, would recommend it to anyone but the 3 quart bowl and mini whisk were a fail as they rubbed really bad no matter how the hight adjustment was set, can't use them. Different attachment would be better or I just got a bad mini whisk or something.
