I loved my old mixer, but needed to upgrade the size. During my first use of this mixer it quit and wouldn’t turn back on. I’ve finally got it to come back on after awhile and it has worked since then, but it was pretty disappointing because I thought this was a heavy duty one.

Excellent mixer. Since I purchased online I was not aware it was a lift mixer until I opened the box. I decided to keep it anyway despite never having used on before. Turns out I love it. The additional power and stability is a real bonus. It’s a beast.

Love my KitchenAid 5.5 Quart Bowl-Lift Stand Mixer. It has great power to get the job done. So far, I have made a pound cake, a cheeseball, and mashed potatoes twice. (Christmas & New Years Eve) This mixer made the process so easy. It is also surprisingly quiet, runs smooth, has plenty of speed selections, and it is easy to clean. However, it is heavy, so plan to leave it out on your countertop, but it is so nice looking you really won't want to hide it in a cabinet. Also, the bowl can be a challenge to snap into place, but you get used to it real fast. I am so glad I chose this model and I am very happy I bought it from Sam's Club at a great price!

This is a very good mixer, especially at this price. I made a double batch of cookies the first use and was really impressed by the power. Sam's has this package with the extra bowl and whip, the only thing making it more of a bargain than elsewhere.

Wow!!! Been a KitchenAid mixer owner for 25 years and it’s still going. This new Mixer is such a blessing as I can no longer lift or scoot anything heavy. Will pass my older mixer down to my granddaughter. Highly recommend this new mixer and the price, fantastic!!!!!!

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my nephew. He loved it and sent me a picture of his first food creation, a calzone, using the dough hook and as many accessories as possible. The calzone looked delicious. He told me that this KitchenAid Mixer was going to be his most used kitchen appliance and he plans to experiment with many different dishes.

This is the real thing. Whoever runs the kitchen workshop needs real professional level tools. In our case it is my wife. She has owned prize-winning restaurants, but never wanted to spend the money for the same quality tools she had in her restaurant kitchens. Christmas was the breakthrough moment. While baking something she just couldn’t any longer mix the heavy batter by hand. At last we finally out a kitchen aid mixer at home. The down side is now my wife wants me to get down to the shop and make a proper work table for it. It’s now part of our family. Fair warning

I love the way this looks in my kitchen, it’s very classy and the color is beautiful ( I got the silver/gray ) Purchase the extra insurance 3 year warranty. It’s more powerful than my old kitchen aid mixer bought over 15 years ago. Will definitely enjoy a lot of baking this year for Christmas. Sam’s club had the best price especially when I got it on sale. Thanks Sam’s ♥️

I love KitchenAid products! They appliances last and last. This mixer is made with real metal and not plastic. I had a small cake business for 35 years and started out with a cheaper mixer. It didn’t last anytime at all. So I bought KitchenAid and there is a huge difference. It’s the only thing I will buy now.

Love this 5.5 quart lift Kitchen Aid stand mixer. Made a double batch of Chocolate Chip cookies and it mixed all the flour without having to worry about some left in the bottom of the bowl. I will have to get use to putting the bowl on the positioning pins and securing the bowl with the latch, but so far I love it. This mixer came with a smaller bowl and small wire whip which I really love for making whipped cream deserts. This is the 3rd Kitchen Aid stand mixer I have had but the first one with a lift. I love Kitchen Aid mixers.
