Its helps for everything. When you may get sick it helps if you put it on your chest. It makes you feel better. When your skin is dry it helps it out. Ive used it my whole life and so has my family which we all love.

I have the cute 1.75 oz and it is such a life saver if youre on the go! I use it to hydrate my lips and apply to any dry areas on my skin. It doesnt have much of a scent. I recommend using on damp skin.
