I'm a competitive swimmer, which means I'm constantly in chlorine water from November through January. It dries out my skin in several places and leaves my face peeling. I use Vaseline on my face and eyelids, and even use it as a moisturiser for my lips. I use it anywhere the chlorine and cold weather has bothered me, and it's great for odds and ends like blisters and scrapes.
