Since I bought it, I have always had a hard time
opening and closing it. Hardly use it.

Difficult to open and close

Screw stripped out on arm and support on first use. Very disappointed in the quality.

Terrible Quality

we have two of these chairs among others. These are alway the first we go for.

Sturdy

Very sturdy chair. Had over a year. Hard to fold. Use a lil WD40.

Plastic joints junk

Very diffcult to close. A youtube video suggested using a hammer to firce them to close. 
BAD DESIGN.

Good Luck trying to close it

These were wonderful chairs in the past.  This new model is hard to fold. I bought two and had to take one back because it won’t fold up. It was only the second time that the chair had been used.

Had to return. Will not fold up.

A comfortable folding chair, easy to set up, there is a trick to folding it back up.  Lay it down with the back to the ground then push on the two front legs -- don't forget to connect the  strap buckle.
