I purchased the 14x10 Cordova Gazebo 2 months ago. I really like the unit. It is made well and very attractive. However, it did cost me a few more bucks than I had originally anticipated. For example, The unit was 1500 dollars plus tax and $300.00 for delivery. In addition I payed to have it installed which cost me $1100.00. I also had seamless gutters installed for an additional 900.00. The install took 3.5 hrs and was done well. It is not a one person job. If I needed another unit, I would buy the unit again.

Bought this Gazebo approximately one month ago and we are very happy with the product as well as the quality! My wife and myself put it together and in all honesty it was quite a project but what was nice was if you took your time and followed directions it will turn out very nice. We were very pleased that all the screws, bolts and brackets were there with two extra parts per bag of hardware packed for the just in-case. Excellent Product

Love this gazebo! It provides such beauty to my side yard, lots of shade and is super sturdy! We hung string lights and some hanging candle holders from the ceiling, and now its really cozy. Highly recommend this gazebo. Putting it together, well that's another story. We hired someone, lol. All in all, we're really happy with this purchase.

We bought this over a year ago and it’s holding up well! Very happy with purchase. It did take time to build, took my contractor husband a day and a half but he took his time. No major issues but instructions even with app were not the best. In the end though, very pleased. We water sealed the whole thing the following weekend and will probably do it again in the fall. My husband did install some flashing with materials he bought at Home Depot so the water from the roof runs to the corners and not off the sides.

Purchased the 10” by 14” gazebo. Once installed the product measures 9” by 13” in length( meaured it by the outside ) SOLD FALSE ADVERTISED PRODUCT. Also please DO NOT purchase installment SAVE YOURSELVES THE HASSLE COMPANY IS UNRELIABLE and underpays the workers they send . They charged me 800$ for installation paid their contracted workers half the money.

This gazebo is beautiful and the quality is good, however there are some issues that we encountered. We were missing 3 boards so we had to have those shipped to us. The customer service representatives were very kind and helpful and the boards were shipped quickly. Assembling the main part of the gazebo was not terribly hard. There were some bolts that were difficult to screw into the wood, even with pilot holes. The worst part was the roof assembly. It's sketchy standing on ladders and guiding the roof into place w/ others standing below pushing it up. And then you have to attach the trim pieces at the end, which have no pilot holes at all. That was the most aggravating part - we had to pound a hole for each screw which was a ton of work and my husband's elbow is killing him now. It would be great if they would just put the pilot holes in the metal pieces. The roof didn't align perfectly either, but hopefully it'll still keep the rain out when it rains. We also noticed a small note that says that you have to stain the wood or else the warranty if void?! That's incredibly irritating. For $1500 I would think they could just go ahead and treat the wood - or at least put that in large print at the beginning of the instructions. Anyway, after about 70 hours of labor we finally finished assembling this. It is beautiful and we do love it, but assembly was not fun and in the future I'd just pay to have someone assemble it.
