We lost our first gazebo (soft-top) to the harsh winters in the northeast, and knew we needed something better. Luckily, this seems to fit the bill nicely. Snow load ratings are one of the best around in the "kit" category, and the price was extremely reasonable.

My husband and 2 friends took a day to put together this pergola. It came out beautiful, and it's exactly what we wanted! We live on the water, and it's heavy materials shouldn't be a problem with strong winds. Love it and can't wait for summer cocktails poolside under it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We added this to our pool area as more of a place to sit out and enjoy when the weather got cooler. We've slept under it and sat out there when it's rained. We just love the quality and the value it's added to our home.

We bought this a little over a month ago and couldn't be happier. Everything about this gazebo is above and beyond expectations. To begin with it is absolutely beautiful and looks amazing in our space. The quality is outstanding, It is made solid cedar and the craftsmanship is excellent. we had it installed on a16x18 slab with the angled roof it fits nicely under the soffits of the house. We also feel that this was a excellent value. This will add beauty to our backyard for many years to come

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our Backyard Discovery Gazebo in June of 2023. So far it has been a great entertaining area for both friends and family! I think Backyard Discovery gazebos would make a fun addition to anybodies backyard. As someone who has bought one and have enjoyed it very much, I would suggest having a slab poured and plan out exactly where you may want to add a future dedicated electrical outlets or even possibly running water. We learned the hard way….lol I also suggest putting a nice good quality sealant on it soon after it’s built as well as think about adding gutters to it. For no other reason other than just to protecting your investment. Here are a couple pics for inspiration ideas…

We purchased and assembled last summer. Very nice structure. Assembly was not the easiest but the instructions were clear and easy to read. Would recommend having several tall, strong people for assembly. Especially to lift the roof pieces into place.

We purchased our gazebo several months after moving into our new home. We had it professionally installed by a crew out of Columbus. They worked nonstop and knew what they were doing. Both the delivery and installation exceeded our expectations, every visitor has noted the quality of materials and workmanship. We added all of the extras to personalize our beautiful outdoor space and thoroughly enjoyed the comfort and joy it brought us this past spring and summer. We can’t wait for next spring!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the last 20 years we have bought been buying a new pop-up canopy every other year or so. We are so happy we decided to buy this 14‘ x 12‘ Barrington gazebo. We installed lights and a fan and couldn’t be happier with our gathering space. We highly recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had previously bought our playgound equipment from Backyard Discovery and purchased our gazebo in May 2023. Great product. Installation guys were perfect and highly professional. Since we live next door to our three grandchildren (and their parents), our backyards are connected and we spend a huge amount of time playing and eating and talking under our classy, beautiful gazebo. Thanks, BD.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought it and had it installed. After watching the guys put it up, that was money well spent. We love the extra room it provides with cover, and the dogs and our cat who believes he is a dog spends many hours there.
