Have had for over two months now, and it survived Hurricane Milton. Very sturdy and well made with high quality cedar wood. The shipment was perfect and no well packed box was too heavy. The Backyard arraigned installer did an excellent job in building it over a two day period.

This Gazebo has been an absolutely beautiful addition to our backyard outdoor patio! I could not LOVE it more! It arrived in several boxes and was packaged very carefully! All hardware was labeled and easy to find! The assembly does take some time however, the app (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!) was tremendous! It was step by step instructions with CLEAR directions! This avoided any confusion with assembly! Again, the app is fabulous! The roof panels were in excellent shape and easily assembled however, you will need at least 3 strong men to lift and hold the panels in place in order to assemble the roof! It took about 2 days from start to finish (we completed assembly in a weekend). Once we finished the gazebo, my husband went the extra mile and used pavers to create a pillar around each post. We added solar lights and bought a round table with 6 chairs to complete the space. I absolutely LOVE this gazebo and how it turned out! The quality of all the pieces is superb! I highly recommend this product!!

Unfortunately I do not have the gazebo up some issues that I am trying to clear up has held up the assembly. I did see this gazebo in person set up in Sams club and I fell in love with it immediately and it is so sturdy and so well designed I knew right away that i had to have it. Again I cannot take pictures or video until I have it assembled, but be rest assured that I will share many pictures and video as soon as that happens. The use of the precision pre-drilled components streamlined the installation process as well. We chose the Barrington 20x12 Gazebo after searching for several months for just right Gazebo. We can proudly say that the THIS exceeded our expectations in every way, providing us with a magnificent sanctuary to cherish the beauty of our butterfly garden and honor the memory of a beloved family member that passed on Christmas day 2022. Its exceptional design, durability, and ability to evoke a sense of peace and comfort make it an invaluable addition to our backyard oasis. We are truly grateful for the serenity, family gathering space and beauty it has brought to us.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Placed our gazebo on our deck instead of attaching a pergola to our full log home. It provides protection from the elements and is just what we were looking for. It appears that it will require little maintenance and withstand the elements.

This gazebo is built like a tank. Took about 12 hours to install, but definitely worth the effort. We now have a focal point in our backyard that everyone is asking about, and could not be more excited to use it all Summer! A bit bummed it is not pre-sealed but other than that no complaints.

Five starts to customer service! There were some serious shipping mishaps and it was rectified immediately. We needed to improvise roof assembly due to tight space, which was a fun adventure. The gazebo looks fantastic and meets all our needs for a little extra outdoor space
