[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First. there are many boxes of parts to organize. Secondly, there are many parts to assemble. Third, the film on all of the metal roofing must be removed. Plan on this project taking at least 3 days.

Pretty easy to assemble. Definitely need 2 strong backs and 1 helping hand to set the roof pieces into place. Download the BILT APP and that will help tremendously. Read the directions and watch the App video, multiple times to get familiar. Put everything together exactly in the order in the directions. I accidentally skipped a step and had to go back and start over. Put this together by myself other than hiring the 2 strong backs to help put roof on. 2 THUMBS UP

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this Backyard Gazebo from Lowe’s last Spring to have it ready by summer. It arrived on time and we stored it in our garage until we were ready to put it up. It took us a long time to put together because we are not builders of any sort. Our son did come and help, he is not a professional builder but he is able to do much more than my husband and I could. We worked around his schedule. It helped that we organized the wood and hardware so we didn’t have to search for pieces when we needed them. We finally got it up and we’re very pleased. Our children and grandchildren were able to enjoy the shade by the pool. I highly recommend this gazebo. However, to save time, I would gladly pay the service fee to have someone experienced put it together. If you are good at this sort of thing you could do it with at least two others helping. The directions are easy to follow and perfect to create a beautiful gazebo. The wood is beautiful and it is sturdy and the beautiful metal roof does not leak in heavy rain. We were impressed with how all of the pieces fit together.

I bought this Gazebo about a month ago, and I must say that I finally was able to enjoy my Gazebo today. That's correct, today. I really enjoy the quality of the Gazebo, however, I am very frustrated with the third party (GoConfigure) assembly services. Initially, GoConfigure sent two staff to build it. One member of the team was very punctual, meticulous in building their portion of the project. The other members were not efficient in their techniques. The team took two days to build it. Also, I provided specific instructions on the exact placement of my Gazebo. They placed the Gazebo in another spot. One half of the rooftop seemed to be loose as well as several brackets were missing. I found a bracket in the grass. Perhaps, it was left there because they were working very late into the night. One of the legs protrude outward and was not standing straight up. The electrical box was not assembled. Screws for the anchor and other screws were missing as well. Lastly, the staff informed me that they charged extra to include the anchor in place. Although I was promised that they would return on a third day, I never heard back at all. I reached out to their project manager, Phil on several occasions. He informed me that he was very busy and would call me back but he did not. I called their dispatcher, Brittany, with KCT, contracted with GoConfigure, and she informed me that they would come to my home to fix the problem. They did not show up or call. Although I paid for assembly, the project was not completed. I am very displeased and urge anyone to not agree to get their Gazebo assembled through GoConfigure, you've been warned.

We bought it in September to allow us to add shade or protection to extend the usage of our new patio for the fall and the future seasons. We added roll down shades and curtains which allowed our furniture to be protected from an Idaho Winter. It also allowed us to heat with a patio heater which made it easier for us to dry off after getting out of our hot tub without tracking water into the house. I used this gazebo to enjoy the football season on the patio in the comfort of the enclosed gazebo. We are looking forward to barbecue season that is right around the corner.

Great kit. All items were unpacked, sorted, and stacked for ease of finding/using when called for in the directions. The best part was the individual bags of screws, bolts, nuts, etc. that were easy to find once sorted and placed on a table for ease in finding when needed. The hardest part was pouring the concrete footers to ensure a solid anchoring of the assembly. Assembling the frame was simple and made it easy to pre-place at the footer locations to ensure everything was in its proper place. Once placed and temporarily anchored, the assembly of the roof panels was simple. You will most definitely need a minimum of two people to place the panels, but three would be better. Finishing up was easy and only required tightening all the remaining bolts and completing anchoring the assembly permanently.

Our new gazebo has turned out to be the perfect gathering spot for coffee in the morning, pizza or barbecue on the weekends, or just for hanging out and enjoying our garden. Adding a few amenities to the already perfect and beautiful gazebo has made it even more enjoyable. We added shades to block the sunlight, string lights to light up the evenings, a speaker to listen to music, a hammock to nap, a fan with a light, a thermometer, and a bottle opener. Our desert oasis sits on top of decorative patio pavers. It was a great purchase and a wonderful addition to our back yard.

bought this about a year ago... i love it and hate it... the wood is not solid and it has white spot all over it as if the coating is coming off... it looks horrible only after purchasing it on 4/5/24 and its not been up not even a year in the weather.. i could see this is its been ten years or so but the extra work now i will have to restain both gazebos for we bought two...

I've had the kit for a month or so and my wife and I have almost finished it! Weather, work, and vacations have held it up. The kit was well thought-out; all fasteners had extras, so no running out. There were a couple of areas (roof section assembly, for example) where the written instructions were a bit weak; the 3-d "bilt" program accessed through the website or instructions was very helpful in any areas where the printed material lagged behind. A very pretty structure which seems built to last!

Let me syart by sayonf I dont wrie reviews but was so impressed with this I wanted to share my thought and give credit where credit is due. My mom purchased this after having 2 steel frame with cloth covers for the past several years with the hassle of trying to get replacemnt covers. I researched the Cordova. We live in Northeast and need to have at least 40 pound per square foot snow load. This exceeded the regional snow rating and I also liked the all wood frame construction. I've built alot of things over many years from house framing to steel buildings and am usually dissappointed with kit type products being a professional. This was really easy to put together and alot of detail was put into the design as well as the assembly manual. Everything was very clear and easy to follow step by step. As long as you can read and have some skill I thing even someone without extensive construction skills could assemble one of these. I am completely satisfied with the finished product it goes beyond my expectations and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice product at a reasonble price.
