We suggest seasoning to create a temporary oil layer that supplements the coating’s non-stick properties and extends the life of your set. 1) Wash the cookware with warm, soapy water and rinse thoroughly to remove all residues. 2) Dry completely with a soft cloth. 3) Apply a thin layer of high-smoke-point oil (e.g., avocado oil, canola oil) to the interior surface using a paper towel. 4) Heat the cookware over medium-low heat for 2–3 minutes (avoid high heat, which can damage the ceramic). 5) Turn off the heat and let it cool completely. 6) Wipe off excess oil with a clean paper towel.
