My blade snapped and broke upon opening the box. I've been looking forward to trying this product and I'm now finding an abundance of people saying they snap and break well before it's time to replace them. I'm sure it works great but for that price it shouldn't have a reputation of snapping so easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Provides close shave but not too close. I have trouble with in-grown whiskers using traditional shaving products. My OneBlade virtually eliminated this problem. My wife uses it for the peach fuzz on her cheeks.

When the blades need to be changed you can see it by the change of colour on the blade and I thought this was a super useful addition. Overall I am very happy with the blades and the groomer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the OneBlade as a Christmas present a few years back, due to the advertisements I'd seen on the TV, and, needless to say, I was impressed by what I saw! After receiving the blade, and using it for several months, I came to the conclusion that, although it DOES work really well, with a new blade, once the blades begin to dull, it tended to catch on my existing facial hair, pulling it out rather than cutting it, which was rather painful. The battery lasts for QUITE a while; longer than I'd expected it to last, but when it gets low, it again, it starts <u>pulling</u> the longer hairs rather'n cutting them. All in all, though, I've had this blade for a few years now, and, unless I want a REALLY close shave (this blade leaves just a little bit of stubble), I use it EVERY time I shave! I would recommend it primarily to anyone who doesn't need a babyface every day, or doesn't have an existing beard. Those who DO have a beard can use it, but just be aware that it MAY pull the longer hairs out along your hairline (beardline?).

I should be an every day shaver but only bother about once every week. Normally due to the length of hair I need to pre shave and then shave again. The process ends up clogging my expensive 4 blade cartridges. I bought this product to try and it was great. Easy shave with no hair pulling. Not quite as short as using a normal blade but very close and more than acceptable for a morning meeting. At one point I was desperate to shave my head as I am normally completely bald. Keep in mind that this is not what this razor is for but I decided to give it a try. It was a tough go but the finished product was great. I won’t do it again but it shows that the razor is well designed for its intended use.

I love the way one can get a near regular shaver shave with a dry shaving means as the OneBlade affords. Some days one wants to get by with a direct shaving method without being tied to a sink to shave. It's really convenient that way. I also like how it is double bladed. I'm really glad I stumbled upon it and use it regularly whenever I want a quick shave to reduce the stubble to be out in public passably shaven. The only downside is the cost of the replacement blades, but they do at least last months. BTW, I think Costco where I got it has the best deal on it, giving you 3 total blades.

I have been using a OneBlade for a couple of years for here and there touch-ups. I received a replacement 3pk of blades in exchange for writing my review. The replacement blades bring my OneBlade back to new life. It is great that you can swap out the blades after a time period to return back to top performance. As my prior reviews have stated it is a great wet / dry option to do quick touchups. I keep a beard and want to clean up my neckline and cheeks. For a quick job, this does a great job and now with the new blades is back to tip-top shape. I should probably (and others) change the blades more than once every couple years, as continued use does wear down the blades. With new hope, the OneBlade is a continued item in my facial hair artillery.

I like how the blade cuts as I usually shave my head once or twice a week which means that blade should last up to 4 months but I am lucky to get one month out of it before the blade turns green meaning it needs replaced. It also starts to pull and does not cut well after 5 or 6 cuts. Therefore the cost of replacements can get expensive as you need to reorder every couple months since they don't last long. Just beware they do not last remotely close to 4 months as suggested.

I am on my fourth cartridge and only get an average of 4 uses per cartridge due to the bad design that breaks if its even twisted or dropped at all. I love the way it works when cartridge is not broken but come on QA should have been done on this before releasing the product.

During my trial with these blades I was blown away by how they've improved. Now they have a color indicator for when the blade should be changed. As an owner of the One Blade I am an advocate for this product and I will never not own it. My Barber ruined my haircut and I was only able to save it because I owned this product. No updates on the negative side for me. Go forth and purchase!
