I try to turn the volume or channel or anything and it takes a good 30 seconds always and it never works right away. Sometimes it doesn't work at all.

I will be buying the larger sized tv for the living room but the picture is so crisp and clear and the Android voice control feature makes browsing so easy and fast! We love it and highly recommend Philips brand. It has always been a great trusted company for us and we are so glad to try their new television! My TV just went out in the living room so for now this is what I'm using and I have No complaints!!I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this TV a few weeks now and it's been a good addition to the kid's playroom. I keep it set on it's stand (not mounted) and it is light enough that I occasionally pick it up and take out to our patio to watch out there. We don't use it with a cable box, so the built in Chromecast and various Android apps make moving it around very easy. It's nice just putting a moving on for the kids on Disney+ or watching a game outside with the YouTubeTV app. The 4K screen itself is nice, although I do with it could be a little brighter for when I'm in sunny spots or out on the patio. The built in speakers are lacking, but it's good enough for the kids movies or light TV watching. Also, the remote feels kinda cheap and seems to not work occasionally. This could be because it's still an IR transmitter so you have to actually point it at the TV unlike my “nicer” TV. Overall a good TV, though!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Phillips 43' is an awesome TV. Let's start by stating how light it was, light enough for one person to hang by themselves. Pros: My favorite feature is the chrome cast. I can mirror from my phone or IPad it just seconds, two clicks and it on the TV. The sounds are great and clear. I can keep it at a low volume and hear it perfectly fine. It is used the majority of the day to play on PS4. The colors are crystal clear bright and vivid. It was easy to connect multiple devices just change the input. Love the built-in apps like Netflix and Prime Video. Those are the ones we use the most. Google assist recognizes my voice easily and takes commands like what is today's weather and gives it to you pretty cool feature. Cons: the only con I found was having to go thru the setting to get to the sleep timer, it was not hard to get to. I just like the sleep timer to have its own button on the remote. I have to fall asleep with the TV on. Therefore always look for sleep timer on remotes when I get TVs. Overall this TV is a good size, color, sound and features, and function. Definitely good quality and I would get another Phillips without hesitation.

The color on the television is wonderful. I loved the voice command feature that lets you control the channels and volume. I was able to download many apps which was great. The home screen is user friendly. I love the sleep feature which allows you to set it before bed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love it!! I couldn't wait to open the box and start setting up my TV. It was pretty easy to set up, with the easy install. I already had a Google account so after logging in, the TV synced and brought up recommendations based on what I usually like. The Google Assistant allows me too quickly chose my favorite channels, mute, adjust volume and even ask what todays weather forecast will be. There are so many cool things that are possible with the combined Google assistant. Voice recognition works great it easily takes commands. The TV is a good size, and not very heavy. I ended up putting this Tv on the wall it didn't take me long and it looks great. The television is made very well and is very sturdy. The picture is perfect, the HD picture quality is great. The sound works nicely and it doesn't fluctuate when you change from one application to to another. This Philips Television is easy and convenient to use absolutely love this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a 'Smart' TV. It has the ability to connect to the internet and stream content. It has a digital tuner for OTA (Over The Air). Pros- TV OTA Tuner is very good. When setting up the TV, it scanned looking for local channels. It was very accurate and quickly was ready to go. I used an old pair of Rabbit Ears for the antenna. I live on a hill. But I used that same antenna on a different TV and got less channels. So I can say the Phillips tuner seems better. The Smart TV part of this unit is run on Android TV. This operating system is OK. It gives me most of what I need. If anyone has an Android phone, you will be familiar with this Operating System. I used my Google Gmail login and my YouTube and other things were synched. It comes pre installed with Netflix and some other apps. You can go into the App Store and install other Apps as needed. I have never experienced a 4K TV and I have to say I like it. I have watched some YouTube Videos in 4K and noticed a big difference. You need a fast internet connection, so be sure you have one. At least 25 megabits of bandwidth, just for the 4K. The Wifi connected and I have had no problems with disconnects. My Wifi is fast enough for 4K. I would recommend if someone is watching a lot of 4K streaming, to use a ethernet cable. This TV comes with an ethernet port. It is much more stable. but I haven't had any trouble with Wifi. Your mileage may vary. The Remote buttons work very well and are responsive. Putting the battery compartment back on is a little tricky. Be sure once you re-seat it, to slide it forward toward the top of the remote. Then it will lock in place. The Buttons are positioned well, so you can feel around and find them. This remote does not light up. The picture, no matter if using Roku, Android apps, or OTA, is amazing. The brightness and richness of colors are awesome. Bluetooth works pretty good. My headset has a bit of latency, so I choose not to use it. If you want to use a BT headset, be sure and get a low latency (APTX) type headset. There is a 3.5mm jack for a headset. I use an extension cable and use a wired headset. It works very well. I use this TV in my home office. My office tends to get warm with my computers and location to the sun. This TV does not get too hot and I have not noticed my room any warmer because of it. Cons - No fault of the TV, but the Android system itself. YouTube sometimes does not play a video. I have to get out of the app and back in. This is very random and not often. It is probably the app that is provided by Google, so again, not the TV's fault. An app update will probably fix this. Amazon Prime Videos are not available in the app store. I have not figured out how to get it installed. I have a Roku that I was using on a different TV, so when I want to watch Prime Videos, I have to use the Roku. This is not the TV's fault, but something to do with Google and Amazon. Hopefully they resolve their differences so I don't have to switch to Roku to watch. The Remote as I said above is good. The only qwerky thing is most of the controls are at the top of the remote that I use often. But when I want to fast forward, I have use the buttons at the very bottom. They are easy to find, but would have been nice to have them near the main control buttons above. I trained myself to use them, so no worry, just qwerky.

You can use a Google dot with them link your phones even your computers. Has hdmi hook ups so you you can still use it for gaming and all the other things you can hook by hdmi. The picture quality is awesome. It adjusts to whatever you are doing whether it be gaming watching a movie or just browse. Definitely thinking of getting another one.

He is always asking his dad to okay but dad was having a hard time seeing his lil TV. This one is perfect. The images are crystal clear. They have no issues seeing the words on the bottom of the screen now. The colors are great. Very bright and easy to adjust. All.gis games easily attached to the TV. It fit perfect on top of his dresser.

The only issue I have with the TV is when it won't power on at times or it will cut itself off or return itself to the TV home screen. But other than that I love my TV.
