I wanted a 4k tv at a great price, I looked at the reviews and I was impressed. I think I got great deal for under $500. Picture, sound is very good inputs 3 hdmi, optical which I wanted to hook up my surround sound. Highly recommend it

Good tv, great picture easy to set up no problem but came with a defective remote control for the buttons don't work so now I have to try to find a replacement or see how to order a new remote control but the TV is great.

We purchased three television sets ... (2) 65" Philips Android TV and (1) 55" Hisense UHD4K. Please be advised that these TV Sets will not be opened and installed until approximately December 23, 2023. Please assure us that the exchange or warranties will be honored should we need to return for any reason. At this time, we cannot rate the merchandise because they are still packed and will not be opened until the latter part of December 2023.

Bought October 2023, Started having trouble with this TV 3 monthes after I bought. I tried working with the info that was on the tv to fix it. But. It did not work. I would never recommend this tv to anyone!!! It has been the worst tv i have ever bought. I should have known that by the price$399.99! That was a big red flag! It sucks when SAMS put them on sale just to get rid of the bad TV'S. I pay $100.00 a year for a membership with this company & it SUCKS when they do this to there customers. I feel they should compensate me. Google TV are no good!! The TV shuts off for no reason & it still does!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am 100% satisfied with this product. I am fairly new to smart tvs, but this one has more features than I've seen on any other. More importantly, the features are easy to access and easy to use. The clarity is fantastic for it's class and price. The only thing that I would change, would be access to the controls on the TV. But, I never use them anyway.

The easiest piece in becoming an owner of this wretched TV was purchasing it. From there it's been nothing but hassles, frustration and disappointment. Good luck with the set up. The system is either overwhelmed and shuts off or begins an update that erases all that's been input up to that point. Have fun live streaming apps like Hulu, Disney, HBO, Netflix… it overwhelms the TV and causes a full black-screen freeze, requires a full reset, or just boots you out of the app. Over it. Willing to give it away at this point. Do not waste your time!

I bought 2 of these same TVs and I'm having the same problems with both of them. I have already completed the warranty on one and will be doing the warranty on the other soon.

The screen turns different colors and the tv doesn't turn on sometimes i have to unplug it and plug it back. I really need to get my Refund back A.S.AP

I've had this TV for 3 weeks now, I didn't think about taking a picture. Anyway, this TV has has an excellent picture, color and sound. Hooked up my sound bar, perfect and flawless hookup. I know the Phillips brand and never went wrong with them so I stayed with them. I wasn't disappointed. Price and company name is what got me. Just perfect for me. Would recommend to everyone.
