Having problems with the color it's too dark and it doesn't matter what setting or format I change it to to it doesn't display a good picture. I'm also having issue with the apps I download having trouble staying connected to the internet! I'm trying to like this tv but I need the issues resolved

this TV is going to go on the porch just waiting for the cover to protect and the metal piece that has to be attached to the wall so we can attach the TV so hopefully this will be done by next weekend looking forward but I'm stuck right now. Couch together cuz he sent me two double pieces and one is missing the text messed up everything

Dumbest smart tv I've ever owned. First off, I paid way to much compared to other BETTER brands same size for hundreds cheaper. It's always having problems connecting to internet or connecting to Hulu and I know it's the tv because all my others work fine. The sound isn't very good. Bout the only thing this tv has going for it is its size. Also it's a smart tv but it's Google chromecast 'smart' therefore you will need internet if you wish to simply use your phone to stream as I had intended when I purchased said tv. If I hadn't spent so much money on it I'd be buying another just to get rid of it!

We bought this TV 6/11 its 8/20 things started about a month after purchase, the TV would not turn on (reset done) color keeps changing to pink so we constantly have to reset the color options, TV started not to turn on again almost every other day we are having to do a reset and today my TV turns on, you can see the menu but when you select a program to play you can hear the noise but the screen is black, hit the menu button and you can see everything again but will not play a show, just black screen.

absolute worse thing i ever bought from Walmart...i figured i would save money and get the TV from Walmart - but it conked out on me - bought it August 2021 and it is now June 2022 - and I did not buy a warranty which was my fault but why would need to use it if the TV is less than a year old.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product isn't as good as I was hoping it would be, the color goes out to much I have to factory reset it too much to try to get the color back. The Tv turns on by itself all the the time when we are sleeping or not at home. One of the HDMI's won't keep the fire stick connected. Very disappointed. I was so excited about getting the smart TVs by Phillips too. I didn't want the knock off brand but my friends are having better luck with those and we bought ours at the same time I chose this one. Now they are teasing me.

It's a good tv for the price, but don't expect the highest quality. Light spots around Enders of the tv, and the optical audio connection does not work properly, it will not play sound on certain settings, and the silent/quiet portions of a show or movie cut right out…it's very strange and I cannot make it work using the optional settings!

Literally the worst tv I've ever owned. I've had this tv for over 6 months. I have to reset the tv every other day (not exaggerating) or it wont connect to the WiFi. All my other electronics connect and work just fine so I know it's the tv. At least once a week the tv wont come on or respond to the remote. I have to hard reset by unplugging the tv and waiting 15 secs. The absolute worst, you definitely get what you pay for.

Like others I took my chance on this tv and had the same thing as their experience. Broken out of the box. There's no obvious damage until you turn it on and then it's just a busted up screen. Philips customer service was absolutely NO help. Said they couldn't do anything and tried to give me repair shop number for Me to have it fixed. Will never purchase one of their products again

The size screen quality, remote features, tv google app is perfect. Only con I would say sound quality. I don't know if the problem is same with all the same brand or just this TV but it makes a disturbing vibration kind of noise when it is loud or high pitch sounds. I cannot use tv itself without muting it and using the sound bar.
