The remote control does NOT work very well regardless of putting new batteries in it.

This tv was a complete waste of my money. I have had it for less than 2 years and it's junk. At first it seemed like a great investment but within 6 months it stopped connecting to the internet. Then the remote stopped working and the tv would lag when trying to use remote. Now it shuts off randomly, does not let me use any of my apps, and the remote works maybe 15% of the time. The only plus side to this awful tv is it has great speakers.

Takes me off from apps. Sometimes dont works the tv controller, randomly restarts. Its super annoying!!! Dont buy it

Easy set up, was expecting it to be Roku, but it's an android setup. That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

Walmart said you have to actually go to the store and pick it up, they all had huge cracks, they said hey its cheap that's what you get

Went out in 10 months. Called Customer Service and sent pictures like they said. Came back and said I damaged the screen. It hung on the wall from the fist day. I will never buy a Phillips product again.

Love smart features and depth/color/screen etc but it'd have random reboot issues until it fully broke down and went into a never ending reboot loop 26 months into owning it. I was hoping to be able to use the TV for at least 5 years or so.
