[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice tv but it crashes a lot when using Netflix or Hulu. Sometimes we have to turn it off and back on more than once. Not sure if it's a fixable problem or not.

The tv is stuck in restricted mode and we can't get out of it . We didn't set it up . Turned it on and there it was . Have tried defaults and nothing works. I read where several had had this issue
