This tv sucks. It's always losing the internet connection, logs me out of all the apps or removes the apps from the main screen. Nothing but a hassle. I will not buy a Philips tv again.

We finally broke down and bought a new one after 10 years with a 43 in tv and we really should have done it sooner. We both love the tv. The picture is so much clearer and we can see stuff we never have before

I've had this tv for almost 2 years without any problem.It has a beautiful picture.The only downfall is the sound.The speakers are not the best sound.That was fixed when i added a soundbar.

got a day ago and took back today. wifi kept disconnected. when downloading apps takes five mins then when i tried to play a show on youtube tv. kept loading with a black screen for over ten mins. not worth it. loved the price though. RETURNED!

It has never worked right. The assistant feature is a joke. Sound goes out. Freezes, lags, have to reboot frequently. Save your money or use it wisely by buying samsung.

The worst tv we have ever purchased. the tv is slow, the apps barely work and then freeze constantly, tons of issues with this tv. makes sense why its so cheap. weve ended up buying something else because this tv is just horrible!

tv has a great pictaure for the $ but the sound is just not there. I attached a surround sound with a sub and it really enhances the total effect of watching a good action movie..

I've had this tv less than a year and there is no color in top portion of screen. I have reset numerous times but nothing helps. Should have bought Roku.
