I'm disappointed in the voice commands which do not seem to recognize the apps when I try to navigate to them verbally. Another major flaw is the remote control which neglected to paint the volume and channel change keys in white so it's nearly impossible to use the remote control in a darkened room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a different brand of television that failed after one year. My new LG TV was easy to setup and the picture is amazing. I’ve had a lot of comments on the picture quality. Plus the price was very reasonable for an LG TV. So far very happy with it.

Here is the reason why I am so happy I bought this LG TV. Originally I bought a new 55" Samsung Crystal Tizan. Eleven calls to Samsung trying to put my computer on its screen. Tech support couldn't solve it and was told to call Xfinity. No luck co back to Samsung who then told me to contact Dish - no luck. Then they told me to contact Dell - again, no luck. So I had them pick it up and ship it back. My sister just bought a new LG and told me to try it and I AM SO HAPPY I DID!!!! The colors are great but I find the greatest this is the EASE on uses to navigate all of your systems. it's easy to go from TV to computer and back! It's easy to set the many option sleep timer! It's easy to set the type of sound you want, etc. IT'S JUST SO EASY TO ENJOY TV ON MY NEW 55" LG TV!!!

It took several phone calls, including a two hour long session with a tech in the Philippines to get the TV to work. The remote cursor is extremely annoying and difficult to control. Once a program starts don’t touch it! You will lose your place and have to start all over. The picture is good though and it seems to connect to the internet okay.

Had the TV for about a month, the picture is excellent, we stream all our content and it couldn't be better. The sound is very good. We are very happy with it, have it on the wall, it is pretty heavy, be we got it up there. You can't go wrong with this TV .

We are LG fans, this 70in TV is an upgrade from our 55in LG TV w/3d purchased a decade ago and couldn't be happier! Our local BJ's had these for a great price and we are very pleased with our new display! Picture is amazing, even more so from a 4k source, we got a 4k fire stick at the same time. My only complaint is 3 HDMI ports, 1 is eARC where our previous LG had 4 ports. I am sad that 3d isn't around much anymore, our 55in LG had 3d and we own all Marvel phase 1-3 movies to be had in 3d, along with Avatar, Pacific Rim and DREAD.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this about 7 months ago. Nice TV. Hooked it up to a ROKU box and the internet for streaming content. The picture is great. The wand portion of the remote is sluggish and hard to pinpoint. Prefer just to step through the options. All in all, a well rounded TV and working as expected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this after an older model essentially stopped working. What a difference. Clearer contrast. Better sound. Easier remote. And price point was affordable. Just in time for Super Bowl, this was a wise purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a 32” sharp with a 43” LG. It provides terrific clarity. The new high definition capabilities we are looking forward to in the future, But most important to the acquisition was the installation instructions offered by telephone contact with the gentleman who told us is name was Marvin. His courteous assistance had our television operating within 10-15 minutes. His knowledge was valuable to help two seniors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mounting provisions make the TV difficult to place on a console. Some type of center support or legs that are a bit closer together than 60 inches would help. It is not easy to connect up an older surround sound arrangement with the set. I am going to try an optic audio cable for this but haven't had the chance to do so yet. The controls take some getting used to.
