Cheap... Ink runs

Don't waste your money! I wish someone had warned me about this printer! I honestly don't think I printed a dozen pages, (black & white), before it ran out of ink! And as I read from another review, this printer is made so that you can do nothing with it if 1 of the ink cartridges is empty. That includes scanning!!! That's right, the scanner won't even work if a cartridge is out of ink!!! Unfortunately, I had it too long before opening it so returning it is not an option for me. I'll either have to be a 'slave' to the company and buy their cartridges or throw this new printer in the trash! I haven't decided which yet.

DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO WASTE! This printer is a ink hog. A $20 black cartridge will last maybe 50 black text pages. When the black runs out, you can't print in red or blue text. The whole thing shuts down. My red and blue cartridges are 90% full, but I can't use them until I get a new black cartridge. Worst printer ever. EPSON IS A RIP OFF!

Printer: WF-2930. As soon as I plugged this printer in, it automatically "Updated Firmware". When time came to replace ink, no matter what I try, "generic" will not work. I virtually never print with color, but they now indicate I need to replace my color ink. Like everyone else,....no more Epson printers (ever) for me or my family.

I bought this about 6 weeks ago and already am disappointed. It's made of very cheap plastic that feels as if the user could easily break something. The automatic document scanner does not want to go back down flush if it is lifted to manually place a document on the scanner glass. Worse yet, the automatic document scanner is already not working very well - it pulls paper through crooked and causes paper jams, especially with the very cheap plastic guides to adjust the width. It already will not pull through any but the thinnest of paper. Lastly, the last Epson I bought before this had ONE scanner app that handled everything from photos to text documents with great flexibility. This scanner has to use THREE different apps to handle different types of originals and NONE of them are as flexible as the ONE that the prior scanner used. Why couldn't Epson design all their scanners to just use the same ONE flexible and very useful scanner app? I would not recommend this product

Excellent printer no pc needed. Better app than hp.

THIS IS A HORRIBLE PRINTER I PURCHASED IT IN MARCH AND HAVE HAD CONSTANT ISSUES WITH IT
