This printer was delivered on time. I had a little issue getting it to pair with my wifi, and I had to download a different app than what it said to use with my phone . I downloaded a general app for Epson and it worked. I'm happy with my purchase.

Set up was very easy with great support. Print quality is very good. So far, this is by far the best All-In-One printer I have purchased and I have had many printers in the past. Thank You

Too early to give a good review. It works and I registered it on line. It is advertised with a 2 year warranty, but after completing registering it online, the warranty is less that 1 year (a date of when it may have been sent to Sam's Club as I'm not sure why around 10 months).

It's certainly a "budget" option, but it lacks a lot of features including duplex printing and adequate blank paper tray. You can't put more than 50-60 blank pages of paper in the printer and they hang off the back of the printer. It's pretty quick printing black & white, but colors take a long time. It's worth mentioning that the total cost of the printer with cartridges (allegedly full) is less than a full set of replacement cartridges. All and all this would be okay for a casual use printer, but is far from adequate for any extensive use as the ink alone will eat you alive.

I am so disappointed right now. I made a big mistake and pressed ok to a message saying there was a firmware update. DOn’T DO IT PEOPLE! I can no longer use my generic ink cartridges as the printer no longer “recognizes “ them . Baloney! They were working perfectly before the firmware update. Now I am stuck having to purchase only Epson expensive ink or have no printer. Rude!

it quit working after less then 1 week. it just started printing pages with random symbols and letters upon turn on and would not stop unless turned off or unplugged.

I have owned Epson products before and have been pleased with previous purchases. However I am very disappointed with this printer. Complicated set up and poor print quality.

defective on unboxing. print quality is bad even after using the adjustment utilities. the controls and menus on the printer are not working correctly either.

I tried to set up Wi-Fi and it saw my network but not my password. So then I actually connected a USB cable and it didn't see the cable so I returned the printer and did not get another one.

I literally printed 6pages and the magenta cartridge is out , now that mean I can’t use my printer until I spend $30on ink that will probably only print 6 more pages ..I am highly disappointed in this product
