HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE TRYING TO SET UP A SIMPLE PRINTER

Terrible quality and had to buy ink cartridges within a week which ended up being more then the printer itself. And now it still won't print right. Sam's won't take it back because it's been more than 90 days and epson won't help either

I brought this printer 3 months ago and I Will return be returning it. Too many jams and use too much ink. ink too high printed 20 sheets black ink out.

I had the unit set for just black and white. (it still pulls out the color from the other cartridges) I ran 28 pages (invoices) and I was out of ink. I called the company. (you are 1-2 months out of warrantee) They DID NOTHING! I SWORE-A-LOT!!!

Hasn’t worked right since purchase. Horrible! Can’t use just black and white cartridge to print must replace all to just get a monochromatic printout. Pain in the ***. Going back to Sam’s club after so much wasted time on this thing. Pile of junk!!!

Due to ink issues its not economical. The ink does last and the printer doesnt like generic. If the cartridges are full it wont run. Most printers you can still print by combining inks. This printer doesnt. Im planning on returning.

Due to the fact that the ink will not last beyond a few prints and you cannot print anything unless all cartridges are full I cannot give this printer more than one star. The print quality does not justify the issues with simple printing.
