This mattress is nicely made. But my lower back hurts. So do my hips. I cannot lay down on my hips at all. It hurts when I lie down on either my left or right hip. I do not recommend this mattress if you have hip pain. I am 5 feet 5 inches tall and weigh about 225lbs. I got the soft lux hybrid after trying the firm reserve, which was horrible because it gave me a lot of additional hip and lower back pain after trying it out for three months. I realize now that I'm not too fond of memory foam and wish I had never purchased this mattress.

It is ultra plus and is 16 inches thick which requires deep pocket sheets which is no big deal at all. When someone else is in the bed, you can barely feel their movements. My sleep has been so amazing and my aches and pains are no longer a problem. Thinking of replacing all of our mattresses with this brand!

I looked forward to getting a high quality Stearns & Foster mattress, but that's not what I got. It feels like a cheap, foam rubber pad. It's not firm, it's squishy. I sink in and wake up every time I try to pull myself out of a hole to turn over. It's supposed to be cool, but it's hot. It was a big waste of money.

I travel a lot for work and hotel beds, as comfy as they may be sometimes, really hold the heat in way too much. This mattress stays much cooler so I don't wake up in the middle of the night in a puddle of sweat. This mattress was also incredibly soft and yet just firm enough at the same time. I got an amazing night sleep, and for someone that usually tosses and turns it was wonderful to wake up in the morning and be surprised it wasn't one of many middle of the night uncomfortable wake ups. I can't recommend this mattress enough, I hope it last as long as I do because I don't want to have to part with it.

After just two night I feel no pain , no tiredness in the morning and just feeling good. This is queen size with medium tight top. I absolutely loved this mattress. This soft mattress is of good quality and is, indeed quite soft. The thing that concerned my on delivery was the flimsyness (only way I can think to describe it) of the mattress itself. The man carrying it had it over his head and it was bending down to his shoulders. I worry that this bed lacks the internal infrastructure to stand up to nightly use by two average-sized adults for an extended period of time. If you like very soft mattresses, this S&L Lux Hybrid Soft Queen is a hit. If you like any firmness to your mattress, though, this is not the one to choose.

I've never bought a high end mattress. I bought this without shopping around. I laid down on it at the store and didn't want to get up. I still feel that way 7 months later and I look for any excuse to be on my mattress. My body never hurts after I wake up. All friends and relatives who come over lie down on it to see what I mean, and they don't want to get up. From a health perspective, no achy joints and able to sleep comfortably through each night have made this purchase worth while.

The mattress was just delivered yesterday so we have it for our first night and it has been awesome. This morning we did not want to get out of bed it was toooo comfy.
