We have used this for about 16 months now. Initially we liked it, however around 12 months it started making an odd noise and the mist doesn’t stay running. The warranty only covers a year so unfortunately we are just out our money. We also really liked the app. Really disappointed in the overall longevity. We cleaned it regularly, but definitely challenging to clean. We had to purchase another brand for our baby’s room.

I received the Safety 1st Smart Humidifier from BZZAGENT ??, for free to sample, which is AMAZING!! From taking it out of the box and getting it set up/running, it took me less than ten minutes! It also doesn't need distilled water which is a common misconception. The App was and is easy to set up and use, it corresponds well with the humidifier. I enjoy being able to control this machine while I'm in a different room than my baby, and the baby is healthy and safe without my immediate attention. The fan should be a bit stronger because the most doesn't completely evaporate. The unit itself is built really well.

I love this product! Love the fact that I can control this from my phone! I love the fact that I can control the different settings for the mist. This has helped my kids so much! In the winter with the wood stove running it makes their room so dry sometimes causing my kids nose bleeds but since adding this it sure has helped with it! They love the night light as well!

My 13 year old son has been using this humidifier for 2 weeks He absolutely loves it. He has sinus and allergy problems and used to wake up with a dry stopped up nose. Now he can breath much better in the morning. It is very simple to hook up and very easy to clean. I would recommend this to everyone. Thanks BZZ agent for letting me test this. The smart humidifier that keeps us comfortable at night. It's worked well when we had colds and had hard time sleeping at night. It looks great on our dresser and doesn't get the walls wet like some other machines. Highly recommend it for anyone who's home feels dry.

I should state right off the bat that the bluetooth feature never did work. I just couldn't get the Smart Humidifier to pair with my phone/app, even with troubleshooting. But no matter, because this humidifier works so well, and silently, to make our room more comfortable. And I love the clear, lighted display which tells you the relative humidity level and room temperature. The tank is easy to fill, and only has to be done every 2-3 days.

I haven't used a humidifer in a long time, so it was nice to get to try this out in my baby's room. I found the connection to the app very easy to use, and really liked the design of the unit. The monitoring features are a really nice thing to have for the nursery. Small detractions for a smaller tank and a bit of trouble to set up the wifi originally.

I absolutely love the safety 1st smart humidifier. It comes out of the box ready to use, plug it in, fill the water canister, download the safety 1st app. and pair the smart humidifier. Once in the app. You can easily control the temperature, Time, lighting and has a night mode. I have a samsung s22 and have had no issues so far. Very easy to navigate the app. the machine is very quiet and has a very sleek design, it looks beautiful In my nursery but is very verstile for anywhere in the household, r.v. The system is lightweight yet very durable with a wodden base and hard plastic water canister that snaps ontop. The perfdct size. The light is a wonderful feature my son loves it at bedtime for just enough mood lighting. Overall I really like the safety 1st smart humidifier for multiple reasons such as style, features, controlling anywhere from smartphone app. and performance.

While I like the function of this humidifier, the app control, and the quietness, I am quite annoyed to find out that it is based on the ultrasonic humidifying technique. We have particularly hard water, so the ultrasonic is not a great option, and there are the uncertain results of studies showing the safetyness of vaporizing mineral-laden water. So to err on the side of caution, I wanted to get a humidifier that uses evaporation, rather than ultrasonic vaporization. Nowhere on this site does it say that it is ultrasonic, and there is a carbon filter. So I made the unwise assumption, and got it. Two days in, and there is a solid white film on nearby dark surfaces. And a deeper look at third parties prescriptions indicate the truth. Extremely frustrating and concerning that Safety 1st doesn't think it is warranted to include one of the most basic descriptions of the type of humidifier it is, directly on their product page.

I'm obsessed with this humidifier. I got it just in time because my baby and I were sick and it got the job done. I love that I can control it from my phone! I also love that it tells me when the water is low that way I can refill it. It's worth it in my opinion!
