The worst mattress I've ever owned after 8 months of trying to get used to it we had to put in guest room we are using our old mattress again just after 4 hours of sleeping on it causes lower back pain for both of us my wife weighs 115 lb and I weigh 250 makes no difference it sinks in when we sleep on it . I went through all the hoops for warranty and lots of pictures broom stick test and receipt for customer support said our box spring was not compatible and there was no defect in their product. The sleep galleria we purchased at is out of business . No replacement or warranty I advise anyone not to buy before knowing about the full warranty.

We have had this mattress for a year and a half and already replacing it! Worst mattress ever for the high dollar price it was! We gave it a chance in the beginning thinking it just needed breaking in but then it was past the time to return it. So poorly made that you feel every lump, the indentations stay put and you roll into them each night and feels like you are going to roll out of bed. You feel every movement of the other one. I suffer from fibromyalgia and I have never felt this bad with body aches and pains after a sleep. We both now need physical therapy to fix our problems. Husband has back issues that have worsened as well. Can't even turn over without difficulty! From leg pain, hip pain, low back pain, shoulder pain, and muscles spasms this mattress has caused more issues than it's worth. Don't even get me started on how HOT it sleeps! We wake up in sweats! Literally money wasted on this S & F Lux Estate pillow top medium edition. Never again. I do not recommend this product.

Purchased in June but already sagging & I have been rotating it too. Now it is sagging on both sides. Tried to file a warranty claim, there is a fabulous 10 yr warranty however, there are so many loopholes in the warranty it's worthless to me. For some reason I have to prove I bought the mattress although my invoice is on file by providing a pic of a law tag. That is a paper tag on the side of the mattress which of course I removed. Could hear the paper crunching when using the mattress. So I was told I could use a tag on the bottom of the mattress. I looked and it doesn't exist, I did not remove it and have never looked at the bottom of the mattress. It was delivered and placed right side up on the bed, I never saw the bottom. I wasted my money & cannot recommend this mattress. Beware if you plan to purchase & be sure to check out the warranty requirements.

I will say that originally we had it on the box springs that were part of our old traditional mattress set and my husband felt like we didn't have enough support (He prefers a more firm mattress) and felt like his weight on the mattress made me rolling into him during the night. However, we switched to a platform style bed without a box spring and the support was better for him! I highly recommend this if you prefer a cozy, comfy sleep and have a strong base.

Like our old bed we used to sink in the middle and not be able to sleep close together. With the Sterns and Foster Hybrid it was different. We were able to sleep close and not sink in, this was pure bliss of having a hybrid type bed that is both memory foam and have springs. This is amazing !

I had the cassatt ultra plush and exchanged it for the lux hybrid soft and regret every minute of it. I swear I have a defective bed. It is only soft in certain spots and for the most part hard all over and I can feel the coils or whatever this bed is made of. I've had it longer than 6 months so it's definitely had time to break in and still as uncomfortable as ever. And from previous reviews I know stearns and fost won't do a darn thing about it. Such an expensive bed for low quality. Do not recommend!

This soft mattress is of good quality and is, indeed quite soft. The thing that concerned my on delivery was the flimsyness (only way I can think to describe it) of the mattress itself. The man carrying it had it over his head and it was bending down to his shoulders. I worry that this bed lacks the internal infrastructure to stand up to nightly use by two average-sized adults for an extended period of time. If you like very soft mattresses, this S&L Lux Hybrid Soft Queen is a hit. If you like any firmness to your mattress, though, this is not the one to choose.

Was very surprised before i start let me say i recieved this mattress as part of a promotion and was blessed to get to review it. I like the handles in the side makes it easier to move around. 2nd thing I noticed was the little air holes on side. Was super excited about that I'm a hot sleeper live in Texas can say I think this idea actually works its not like a ice box bit I diffenelty seem to be cooler at night not so stuffy . So that wad a major bonus with me . It's pretty tall when you put it on a box spring I really like that. Get deep pockets sheets also. Havnt had any issues with sheets coming off so that another thing I like usually sheet is half off by morining. And I received the soft lux hybrid first time with a mattress with memory foam. And I loved it. I like that it's a hybrid so you get the benefits of both memory foam and springs. I'm a side sleeper and havnt woke up to my shoulder hurting and that is awsome. The only thing is that my and my husband I feel end up in the middle some nights leaning on each other and with it being soft it feels like you kinda sink in but I like it and love it first luxury mattress I have owned and it did not disappoint. Im 5'8 140 skinny and on the boney side. There website is misleading. If you ask the sales or "experts as they call it lol. They say its the softest but i disagree. If your under 150 its a bit over kill with all these extra coils which still gives you a stiff and hard feeling. If your under 150 its going to be hard to break in i had to keep walking on mine 10- 20mins a day. To finally loosen it up. I still wake up with shoulder and arm pains do the stiffness and lack of conforming. . Also the buttons are annoying and feels like rocks /pebbles if your laying on one.. should put something over them. theyll tell you to use a pad or topper. Which didnt help and is ridiculous because you spend lots of money to avoid this. The luxe hybrid soft feels much more softer and better conforming. A Hybrid will always feel softer im not sure why they push this one as the softest. I say because most expensive and they get bigger commission off it as well as company profits more. Sad its all about money and not the customer anymore. If your heavier than 150 and like a firm soft , and can deal with the buttons. this may be the one for you. If your lightweight like me i try the soft hybrid. Also choose different stores . My stores the displays are not properly supported and they sag. No center support and you can see them bending. Shop around theres better price mattresses that will do the same. Do your research look on redit , quora, and other community personal opinions. People who actually own and want to help. All these reviews say the same thing. There paid for it and get the mattresses for free. Of course there going say good things.
