[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My experience was unexpected. I ordered on July 4. A month later I received notice that my mattress would be delivered the next day. I was thrilled. The next day I received a call telling me that my mattress was ruined by a lift truck. So I expected that Sterns and Foster would jump on it and rush a new replacement. A month later I hadn't heard from them, not even and I'm sorry. Then I started calling and calling. They have a computerized operator that that can't answer anything, when you ask for a real person it takes three requests to get someone. Then you go on hold for twenty minutes and then they transfer you, guess what more than twenty minutes. After six weeks I get connected to their escalations team which is very good at not telling you what is going on and when to expect my purchase which was fully paid for a month before. On Sept 28 my mattress finally came without one word from the factory nor even an " I'm Sorry". Well even though I love my new mattress, I guess I'm the only one who will say , "I'm Sorry" that I didn't cancel six weeks ago. Sincerly, Phil

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered this product and the adjustable base on May 29, 2023. It was to be delivered on June 20, 2023. HOWEVER, only the base was delivered. Somehow, somewhere the mattress went missing. It took one week to "track" the mattress before an order for another mattress was placed. FINALLY, the mattress was delivered on July 27, 2023. I had a S&F mattress before and loved it. Which is why I ordered another one. I would NOT recommend ordering any product from the S&F website. Customer service was non-existent.

In fact, we were so pleased that when it came time for our new mattress we didn't even consider other brands. Our new S&F Lux Estate firm pillow top king is everything we expected. We also bought the adjustable bed to help with my husband's snoring and it is life-changing! We love the split king-mattresses and we are also able to adjust the bed to each of our preferences. I can now sleep in my own bed and get the best night's sleep, instead of having to sleep most of the night on the couch. I'm a side sleeper and I haven't had any trouble with my shoulder like I did with my previous bed. The only concern was that it took a few weeks to get it because of the delivery schedule. Otherwise, the delivery went well. The delivery men were very personable and professional.

Our new King Lux Estate soft pillowtop mattress is wonderful. You can see and feel the quality of the mattress the very first time you sit/lay on the bed. It is so comfortable, it relaxes you immediately. It is definitely worth the money. We are sharing this with our family and friends so they visit their Stearns and Foster furniture store and give it a try. We are sleeping well and pain free.

Sterns & Foster Lux Estate Firm Pillowtop King mattress review: What a wonderful mattress. It is the most comfortable mattress that I've ever owned. Stable when getting in and out of bed, such that you will not disturb your other half!!!! I have bone spurs in my left shoulder and left hip socket, this mattress does not irritate the joints when I sleep on my lefthand side now. I'm very happy with this purchase. Sleeping on my back is the best it's ever been! I have owned pricey top of the line mattresses before with a pillowtop... but nothing compares to the hybrid construction of this modern day mattress. My husband and I were looking for a high-quality mattress with firm support so we did not roll into each other in the middle of the night. We also wanted a mattress that wasn’t brick hard on the top.
