I like the mattress a lot. It is very comfortable. My only issue I have is that I did not receive any paperwork that told anything about the warranty although I did register it online. I don't know for how long it is under warranty. Please send me information about the warranty to my email address.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Lux Estate Firm Pillowtop - Queen (LES1) for free from Stearns & Foster through the BzzAgent sampling program to exchange my honest review. This mattress itself looks luxury. It is pretty thick, but has vents on both sides to keep it cool. Have been using the mattress for more than a month. The mattress is comfortable, haven't cause my back pain up to now. My husband thinks the 'cool to the touch' feather is not as good as it looks like. He feels this mattress is a little hotter than our old one, I don't think so though. One thing I don't like about his mattress is that, it is too tall for me, I am 5'2" and I have to climb onto the bed every time. Even my husband who is 6'2" thinks it is too tall.

Previously I had purchased a mattress that was for side sleepers and thought it was great until I had my hip replaced. With a new hip I found it was like sleeping in a hammock. My new mattress is wonderful, no more hammock feel but a luxuriously firm mattress that allows me to sleep comfortably and longer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this expensive mattress due to its firmness and after only one month did the pillow top start flattening causing a dip in the mattress. I am single and weigh 137 lbs so for this to happen this quickly I am questioning how much worse it will get with time?

I purchased in August 2023 from the now bankrupt sleep galleria so maybe that has something to do with quality control. Anyhow, I'm primarily a back and side sleeper with low back problems and thought the ultra firm would help me, as mattresses tend to sag and create pressure points. Unfortunately, the mattress is a bit way too firm. This particular ultra firm model is not listed on the site or so I haven't found and perhaps its been discontinued. I waited to long for a potential return. I do like the look of the mattress and it does seem to have some quality build to it, but for the money it's not quite worth it. It was either this or a beautyrest black and i opted for a stearns and foster considering their long term reputation for quality mattresses. Oh well, I'll probably keep it for an extra room later.

We've had our Estate luxury firm mattress for almost 14 years now and it's by far the best mattress I've ever slept on, luxury hotels included. Even after vacations to luxury resorts I can't wait to sleep on our own mattress again! I always recommend it to everyone. I know it'll be ready for an update in a year or so, it's starting to sag a little in the middle of the sides, where we sit before getting up. I wish I could keep it for life!

have owned a few S&F but this one hasn't lasted very long as far as sagging in the middle. I have to get a new mattress quickly as my back is hurting. If I sleep at a nice Hotel, I feel great and have no back pain. Sorry S&F, I paid allot or this mattress and expected it to last longer. the tag states Dina Pammill was the Master Craftsman made in Indiana and also has Eileen Leigh name on it along with the number 5691. The first night was a little rough adjusting from a very soft to a very firm mattress. However since that first night i don't think i have ever woken up feeling so refreshed in a long time. I used to wake up several times a night, unfortunate result from insomnia. But, since getting this mattress, my nightly wake ups have been significantly less and even none a few nights. My back isn't hurting as much. But perhaps the best part is myself and my husband are not snoring as much. I have enjoy the height of the mattress, it is taller than our old one.
