Do not buy from this company Stearns and foster , they do not treat customers with dignity, I bought the foundation and a day later I called and said that I would like to return it because the bed I am going to buy will not need foundation, they said that they do not accept returns even a day after purchase and still in the plastic

Our mattress is very comfortable. I am a heavy person and read all the reviews I could find and did some research on this particular model. I found that this worked best for both me and my wife; average weight around 130 lbs. Sterns and Foster has a good reputation and builds quality mattresses. They also have a great financing plan. Can't go wrong with a purchase of this mattress. David B.

I bought this mattress because of the reputation of the company and reviews and am very disappointed. After using it for six months it is sagging and I wake up with back and hip pain every morning. I never had back problems before getting this mattress. I am not even finished paying for it and am already looking to buy another mattress, but it won't be a Stearns and Foster.

Previously I had purchased a mattress that was for side sleepers and thought it was great until I had my hip replaced. With a new hip I found it was like sleeping in a hammock. My new mattress is wonderful, no more hammock feel but a luxuriously firm mattress that allows me to sleep comfortably and longer.

I had a Stearns and Foster mattress a few years ago, but I had to donate it when we moved. I bought a different brand, but I woke up with lower back pain way too often. So recently, I decided I was going to buy another Stearns and Foster, and my back pain is gone. I will never buy another mattress!

I swapped out my new Sealy for this mattress during a sleep trial because I felt the Sealy was too warm. I made a huge mistake because this is the hottest mattress I've ever owned and now I'm stuck with it. I was told by the sales rep it would be cooler and it is probably 15 degrees warmer. Also I use it on an adjustable base and the pillow top squishes together creating lumps everywhere. The absolute worse.

My husband wakes up feeling refreshed and not in pain. And the pillow top has this cooling effect that keeps me cool during the night. We would definitely purchase another mattress.

I have issues with my lower back, trouble sleeping at night and wake up stiff, since receiving this mattress through Bzz, I have slept like a baby!! The support is amazing, it isn't a stiff mattress, nice and pillow like but not to squishy. And I still can't believe I got this mattress for free, I just have to review!! I cant recommend enough, now my teenagers want one!! Puppy approved!!

The mattress is firm and supportive for your body, but the pillowtop adds a comfy layer so when you climb into bed you are surrounded with comfort. I will say this mattress is very thick and heavy. It's a bit hard to change the sheets because it's so heavy to lift and tuck the sheet under. We are using it on a platform bed so there is no need for a box spring. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a firmer mattress than the one I had. This is perfect. It's firm , but not hard. It's super comfortable. My daughter shares my bed. My favorite part about the mattress is that when she moves around, it doesn't wake me. The whole bed doesn't move or shake when she moves around in the middle of the night. The mattress has also been helping my back feel better. I'm not waking up with back pain since I switched to this mattress! I will never buy another brand! I am so impressed with the overall quality of the mattress. The thickness is about double what my other mattress was as well.
