I used to wake up with shoulder and neck pain, but I feel this bed properly supports me when sleeping and I no longer experience any aches after sleeping. The only thing negative I can say about the mattress is that you don't want to get off of it in the morning.

We also bought the adjustable bed to help with my husband's snoring and it is life-changing! We love the split king-mattresses and we are also able to adjust the bed to each of our preferences. I can now sleep in my own bed and get the best night's sleep, instead of having to sleep most of the night on the couch. My husband also loves it as he does not get poked in the arm all night to change positions to reduce the snoring. We are both getting the best night's sleep now. Thank you Stearns and Foster!

The first night we slept on the new Stearns and Foster mattress I slept all night long for the first time in a long time! My husband loves a firm mattress and I like a softer feel. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My experience was unexpected. I ordered on July 4. A month later I received notice that my mattress would be delivered the next day. I was thrilled. The next day I received a call telling me that my mattress was ruined by a lift truck. So I expected that Sterns and Foster would jump on it and rush a new replacement. A month later I hadn't heard from them, not even and I'm sorry. Then I started calling and calling. They have a computerized operator that that can't answer anything, when you ask for a real person it takes three requests to get someone. Then you go on hold for twenty minutes and then they transfer you, guess what more than twenty minutes. After six weeks I get connected to their escalations team which is very good at not telling you what is going on and when to expect my purchase which was fully paid for a month before. On Sept 28 my mattress finally came without one word from the factory nor even an " I'm Sorry". Well even though I love my new mattress, I guess I'm the only one who will say , "I'm Sorry" that I didn't cancel six weeks ago. Sincerly, Phil

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we have had our bed a few weeks. We love it. Its comfortable, not hot, and looks great. Our previous bed was a Sterns & Foster; I wanted a high end bed with amazing comfort and it was and lasted a very, very long time. When I got the previous mattress the warranty was 20 years I think, and when they took it away it was like new. There was no sagging, no marks (due to the mattress pads), nothing wrong - just time. We decided to give it a go again. We are very pleased with everything. Delivery was great and the delivery communication.

We've been afraid to buy a new bed and not be satisfied with it so we've put it off all these years, but after sleeping on one of your beds, we decided to go ahead and order one. It's wonderful. Never buy without first trying it. Since i had previously bought two it didn't seem necessary. Not bery good help online. The only thing i love is the appearance.
