Get ready to get gouged with the iFit subscription

Great deal from Sam's, including free shipping. Was a BEAST to unbox/assemble. Holes for console did not line up evenly like the should=frustrating. 4 screws that came with it would NOT fit where instructions said they would, believe me I tripled checked. Luckily I have spare, loose screws in the toolbox. By miracle I somehow found 4 that fit perfectly. Had I not found those, the assembly would have grinded to a halt. Once assembled is a pretty solid machine despite the cheap plastic areas. Now, the iFit pricing. Obviously some have discretionary money to blow $40/month on (yet another) subscription, no way here. Another review said you use the machine's "free, limited" workouts by not logging in click "browser", well it's actually 'browse" on the screen, then it said click on "included workouts". Checked all the menu choices, no such thing as "included workouts" for a choice. And no way to steam other apps on the screen? Very greedy on ProFit's part. Anyway, we'll end up just hanging a smart TV in the room & go that route. Other than the above issues, seems decent, time will tell. Glad I got the warranty too.

Not the best option

Decided to buy a known brand at a great price. It had great specs and at first it worked great. This treadmill was never used like a gym treadmill, meaning it was used once in a while. Maybe for a month or two it was used 5 times a week, then it wasn't used for another month or two. At almost 2 years of purchase, with light use, the engine started giving up mid run; meaning it would just give up while I was running at a 6-10mph speed. DANGEROUS. The worst part is that ProForm warranty will not cover the product if it was used in a garage (where most people would place it). Luckily Sam's Club did help me and did process a return for it. %231 I will never buy ProForm again. %232 If you do, make sure you get an extended warranty from the seller in case it fails early.

Poor Quality- Motor failure- stay away

Product Motor Malfunction. When I power the machine, it loses power and restarted and does nothing. you press on the speed numbers and nothing happened. I only had this machine for 2 months, and My wife used like 8 times, i never got a chance to use it. Plus its very difficult to contact customer service, they don't have a direct number, you have to submit a request and etc, in age that everting is automated. They have have 30 day return policy. OMG

So far, so good!

I've been using this multiple times a week since early December. It was relatively easy to assemble with 2 people. The screen is really nice. I also enjoy the fan system. The motor is also pretty quiet, which is a nice change from my old Sole treadmill. Only things I don't love is the arm bars seem a little cheap being all plastic, and the metal bar in front always static shocks me multiple times when I am walking on it and touch it to increase/lower the speed.
