Nice design, poor iFit customer service

Instructions were easy to follow, but the unit is heavy and you will need a hand throughout the process. After setup, the actual treadmill performed very well and was incredibly stable. I like the layout and overall design. BUT...(there's always a but). I had to contact customer service at ICON.iFit due to a damaged screen the day I finished the assembly. The primary reason I upgraded was to have the larger, 14" screen. After three attempts with one response, I gave up after two weeks and returned the unit back to my local Sam's Club. They are 100% the best and willing to accept any return (as long as they are within their posted guidelines). I tried to give ICON.iFit the chance to send out a new screen, but I have still yet to have a follow up from them.

Good, but not great

Seemingly well built. Took about 2 hours to assemble. Heavy. You will need at least 2 to carry it. The screen should have the ability to download apps to enable to watch TV, but instead it is a dedicated screen. The monthly membership is too pricey to unlock all of the features. Fortunately it can operate without the membership. Has an incline but resets after each use. I would prefer to set it at a specific height, and keep it there. The incline adjustment is VERY noisey. It is a good machine, but for just walking without the extra bells and whistles, get something less expensive.

Screen is good but not as good as I expected. I wish I buy the one without screen. I do not need those trainer. The machine force me to follow these trainer in order I can use this machine. I want return it just because that reason . I want to talk to Sam’s presentative or Proform manufacturer’s advisor. This is my bad choice

No built programs without iFit subscription

I just got this treadmill to replace the one I have hard for over 25 years and has worked very well. This is a good treadmill and solidly built once you get pass the assembly. I like the 14inch touch screen. However, I don't like the fact that it has no built-in programs. I very much hate to be forced into any form of subscription in order to use an equipment I am already paying good amount of money for. You cannot bypass the iFit as in some other models or brands and use the built-in programs alone. The so called manual mode does not include any automatic adjustment of the incline or speed. It is exactly what it is said to be "manual". I can get a much cheaper treadmill if that is what I want.

Buy from a store, not having it shipped!

The treadmill itself is good and works great. When unpacking found a plastic corner busted and a gouge thru 2 pieces of the top plastic shroud. Got in touch with customer service and they said they would send new parts, payed a lot of money for this and they want me to fix it ! A couple weeks later got a text that said package was delivered, but not here ! They told me it was marked as delivered by mistake. A week later found it 1 mile down the road setting next to a log on a lane going to a summer home that was clearly marked by name and address of someone else on the mail box. Got the box home and found that 2 out of the three parts were sent ! Been 6 weeks now and still waiting for the parts to repair machine ! Not real happy at this point, should have returned it !!
