These were not good. I thought they were going to be a healthier option to Chick-fil-A’s egg white grill but the flavor was not good at all and the chicken was rubbery. We left the rest there and will never buy these again. Also the directions are a bit much.

I love these for breakfast everyday. They come individually wrapped so I can eat one at home or grab one to take to work to enjoy. They are very flavorful and taste delicious. I love they are make with egg white and grilled chicken. It's a nice healthy alternative for my breakfast routine.

Very convenient breakfast sandwich that is not only tasty but only 250 calories. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the package and saw how large the pieces of chicken are that are on each sandwich. Warming up the sandwich is quick and easy. The sandwich has the right amount of melted cheese to hold the sandwich together. My grandchildren were able to easily hold their own sandwich without any of the yummy ingredients falling out. I am very pleased with the taste and quality of these sandwiches.

Awful! The product name should be changed to rubber chicken breakfast sandwich. It was nearly impossible to bite into the chicken and it chewed like rubber. The chicken flavor even tasted like rubber. After two bites, I put down the garbage disposal. I wish I could get a refund.

I love a good breakfast sandwich and this one has everything I love for breakfast. The chicken patty is nice and large and I love that is made with egg whites, which makes for a healthier breakfast I think. Overall 20 g of protein per serving is awesome.

I wholeheartedly believe in having a lot of protein to start my day. When I saw the 20 grams of it in these chicken and egg white sandwiches, I couldn't wait to try them. They are super simple to make, low in calories, and taste great. I can't wait to share them with the rest of my workout group!

One of the worst products I have ever purchased from Sam’s. The texture of the chicken is spongy with an awful over seasoning of some very off flavors. There is very little cheese and the English muffin tastes like what I imagine cardboard would taste like. Waste of money for sure.

I waa excited to have high protien in the am ans a quick bite. From method in both mircowave and air fryer take a long time with multiple steps. Flavor is ok added different sauces and greens to make it fresh and du.of flavor. Would buy again but need to thaw first in frig.
