These are great! How they turn out the best is to put them in the refrigerator the night before you plan on having them and then heat up the chicken and egg white with cheese in a pan or microwave or air fryer and then toast the english muffin. It is a little more work, but it really tastes homemade that way

High quality quick breakfast sandwiches. I recommend making them thawed out. Put them in the fridge the night before. The directions are on the individual packages too.

All I can say is wow!! I was not expecting this to be nearly as delicious as it was! The chicken is so juicy and the flavor is amazing; the egg white is fluffy and balances out the sandwich perfectly! While I'm a big fan of cheese, I honestly think this would have been just as delicious without it if someone was looking for a lower calorie option. My only complaint (and honestly I'll get over it with how yummy it was) was that the cooking process took a very long time - I used the air fryer method. Typically when I think of a frozen breakfast like this I think of it being a "quick grab" option and this is definitely not that, but honestly it's so amazing that I don't even care.

I enjoyed this breakfast sandwich, it was tasty. The sandwich is large and very filling. I like that it was low in calories and high in protein. It was easy to prepare in the microwave. The sandwich is portable and easy to take in the car or eat at work. I would recommend it.

They aren't bad for a frozen breakfast sandwich, add a little hot sauce and its even better. It is a great way to get 20g of protein in one meal. I hope Sam's keeps them on the shelves.

These are better than I expected them to be. They require a bit of fussing with 2 defrosts for different parts of the sandwich prior to re-assembly and heating. The chicken is actually a chicken breast, not a processed patty, and the flavor is really nice. Will definitely purchase again and recommend!

These on the box look amazing, but after you heat them up, the texture is yucky and not a very flavorful as say even our sandwiches at the local gas stations. These are so not edible to me and donated them to my local public safety folks to eat when they cannot get something to eat.

These were not good. I thought they were going to be a healthier option to Chick-fil-A’s egg white grill but the flavor was not good at all and the chicken was rubbery. We left the rest there and will never buy these again. Also the directions are a bit much.
