Now I understand that the Fullology set is designed for thin and fine hair. I have always had thick hair however as I have gotten older, I notice more shedding and thinning near my temples, front hairline and excessive shedding. The shedding along with a naturally oily scalp makes it harder to keep any volume past day 2. I was excited to see if the shampoo would give a squeaky-clean feeling and hoping the conditioner would give volume. My first impressions of the Fullology line were positive. I am not a fan of floral scents, so I was apprehensive as the noted scents include floral however I was pleasantly surprised that the fragrance of all three products is fresh and fruity! Like honeydew melon. The shampoo is fresh and lathers well. I did get a squeaky-clean result and did not have to repeat. I normally don't apply conditioner to my roots however this time I did as I wanted to see the effect on volume. The conditioner also smells very fresh and doesn't feel heavy. Once out of the shower, I followed up with a quick towel dry, I applied the leave-in spray only on the temples, front and crown. The spray smells nice and I appreciate it isn't a mist that way I can concentrate on specific areas. After a quick blow dry, I immediately noticed a difference. My hair felt full and bouncy. I was impressed at how smooth it came out as I normally follow up my blow dry with the flat iron. I also didn't lose so many strands while washing or drying. You can really see the difference in my photos. The first picture of my hair before; dark, flat and weighed down by excess oil. The after is pretty impressive. You can see the natural color of my hair, the bounciness along with volume and soft shine in the areas I mentioned above. Overall, excellent results. All three products smell amazing! I love that it cleans and nourishes my hair! I have fine, thing, long hair that is down the middle of my back. I have a bit more volume when I use these products! It lathers well. I don't have to use as much product as my other shampoos and conditioners. I know this will last me longer and is a better bang for my buck. I would highly recommend this set for any one who has thinning hair or fine hair. In my case, my hair is coily and wavy, but also dry and thinner than usual due to my being postpartum. Despite having tried many different products such a deep conditioning masks, leave-in conditioners, serums, etc. I found little results until the first time I tried this Fullology set by Nexxus. After just one use, my hair was showing a level of rejuvenation that I have been trying to achieve for a long time now. My hair became shinier, moisturized and the smell was sooooo good. It felt more dense and slightly thicker as well. The wonderful fragrance takes days to dissipate and it was that classic I just had a day at the salon smell. It is also so nice that I did not need much of anything as a follow-up to the set outside of some homemade flaxseed gel to set my curls. The ingredients in these products were also noteworthy as they were not harsh on my scalp. Lastly, because I love the products I would have really liked the bottles to be somewhat larger for the price. My hair is waist length and I know I will go through this set quickly because it really does work so well and does what it says it can do for your hair. I highlight my slowly graying hair and it is very dry and brittle on top of being thin, so I was ecstatic to see the results of the Fullology set so quickly. My hair is stronger and feels great with minimal breakage after only a few weeks of switching to Fullology. Most products that achieve fullness do nothing for humidity control, which makes Fullology unique. I will start off by saying that the bottles were a little smaller than I was expecting given the size of the box but it is a good value. The shampoo is clean and refreshing. It has a bit of a light fruity floral and in no way do I pick up the scent of rosemary. This shampoo creates a rich, thick lather that really works to make your scalp feel clean. The conditioner has a light fruity scent also and really works to smooth your hair. I love to apply it and let it sit on my hair while I’m finishing my shower. I then comb through with my fingers and rinse. This really helps to make my hair silky smooth right out of the shower. The last step is the densifying leave-in spray. I like to use this on damp hair. I have finer hair and I don’t feel like this weighs it down at all. After using the whole set, my hair feels good but I wouldn’t necessarily say that it’s much stronger. I have really enjoyed using the Nexxus Fullology regimen. My hair looks more moisturized and had much less fly aways. The size of the bottles is a little small for the larger price tag. The shampoo cleans very gently leaving hair not stripped, but might require a double wash. The conditioner is very thick and moisturizing.
