I wanted to use this for a while before I reviewed them so I could give an accurate explanation. I have curly 3c hair. My hair is below my shoulders, so I would say mid length. The first week, the shampoo and conditioner with the leave in treatment were fantastic. I kept using it as I washed my hair 3 to 4 times a week. It's usually on the dry side, so if I wash my hair more, it tends to break off. I found that with this regimen, I could wash a bit more often, which told me this was quality products. I would highly recommend it.
