After replacing older mattress, my sleep quality has improved as well as aided in my back pain ,stiff joints and sore muscles. Very happy with purchase and fast delivery!

In fact, we were so pleased that when it came time for our new mattress we didn't even consider other brands. Our new S&F Lux Estate firm pillow top king is everything we expected. We both sleep comfortably and wake up rested.

Aside from experiences with Mason and Glenda, who were very helpful, the Customer service team was extremely unhelpful and dismissive. It's not worth the headache buying from, and dealing with Stearns & Foster.

Thought the Soft Pillow Top would be too soft, but No. From the very first night, we have slept extremely comfortable and restful throughout the night, unlike our old mattress. I'm a side sleeper and I haven't had any trouble with my shoulder like I did with my previous bed. The only concern was that it took a few weeks to get it because of the delivery schedule. Otherwise, the delivery went well. The delivery men were very personable and professional.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My experience was unexpected. I ordered on July 4. A month later I received notice that my mattress would be delivered the next day. I was thrilled. The next day I received a call telling me that my mattress was ruined by a lift truck. So I expected that Sterns and Foster would jump on it and rush a new replacement. A month later I hadn't heard from them, not even and I'm sorry. Then I started calling and calling. They have a computerized operator that that can't answer anything, when you ask for a real person it takes three requests to get someone. Then you go on hold for twenty minutes and then they transfer you, guess what more than twenty minutes. After six weeks I get connected to their escalations team which is very good at not telling you what is going on and when to expect my purchase which was fully paid for a month before. On Sept 28 my mattress finally came without one word from the factory nor even an " I'm Sorry". Well even though I love my new mattress, I guess I'm the only one who will say , "I'm Sorry" that I didn't cancel six weeks ago. Sincerly, Phil

I remember my husband sleeping in a recliner for two months, after his surgery. My new Stern's & Foster mattress and adjustable base allowed me the comfort of being able to sleep in my bed. This mattress has totally removed the pain in my left hip. I did not expect it to improve my night's sleep as much as it has.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the finish quality is not what we expected. We have been had S&F mattresses for many, many years; this one is our third. While the comfort is as expected, numerous clearly visible threads were left hanging during the manufacturing process. While this does not affect comfort, it does make us question whether there was less attention to detail for those parts of the mattress not visible. It also affects our image of S&F and gives the impression this mattress is not worthy of the phrase "Lux Estate." My advice to S&F would be, details matter.
