[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Lux Estate Firm Euro Pillowtop is everything I was hoping it would be- a very comfortable and very supportive sleep. I am falling asleep faster and waking up less frequently in the night. Best of all, I wake up feeling refreshed. It was pricier than other mattresses ilI considered but in the long run, it was worth the price. Very happy.

I was really not interested in changing out my previous mattress. However I was convinced that some of my back pain was coming from my previous very expensive soft mattress. After exploring everything on the market, I kept coming back to this mattress and up till the day it was delivered. I was nervous the first night sleep was spectacular and every night since it’s been the same. I love it so much. I’m buying a second one for our other house.

It's exactly how we'd hoped it would feel...and from the very first night. It's incredibly comfortable, yet, firm as we prefer. We're now sold on Stearns and Foster. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress has negatively impacted my quality of life by giving me ongoing back pain, interrupted sleep and exhausted days. This mattress was not even 6 months old when it began to sag in the sections where we sleep, especially where my husband sleeps. When my husband would get into bed, I would roll downhill towards him. I never have back pain or back issues, but this mattress has consistently given me a sore back from sleeping on it. I'm very disappointed with the quality of this product. When I called customer service, they said I had to file a warranty online and the service representative sounded frustrated that she even had to tell me this. Overall, such a disappointing and frustrating experience. We purchased this mattress after previously owning a Stearns and Foster mattress for over 10 years, which had held up wonderfully. My husband bought this current one for me as a birthday present after having my third baby, and I hate that it caused me more pain postpartum than anything else. The pain and discomfort now wake me up multiple times a night, so much so that I end up in my kids' bed. I would not recommend this company based on their rude customer service and process or this product; shop elsewhere.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered this product and the adjustable base on May 29, 2023. It was to be delivered on June 20, 2023. HOWEVER, only the base was delivered. Somehow, somewhere the mattress went missing. It took one week to "track" the mattress before an order for another mattress was placed. FINALLY, the mattress was delivered on July 27, 2023. I had a S&F mattress before and loved it. Which is why I ordered another one. I would NOT recommend ordering any product from the S&F website. Customer service was non-existent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress replaces a 20+ year old Sterns and Foster mattress. Obviously it is more comfortable and we sleep better. My wife like it because it lacks the pillow topper. That makes it easier to make the bed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our third Stearns and Foster mattress, and we love it! We also bought the adjustable bed to help with my husband's snoring and it is life-changing! We love the split king-mattresses and we are also able to adjust the bed to each of our preferences. I can now sleep in my own bed and get the best night's sleep, instead of having to sleep most of the night on the couch. My husband also loves it as he does not get poked in the arm all night to change positions to reduce the snoring. We are both getting the best night's sleep now. Thank you Stearns and Foster!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Estate lux medium pillow top was purchased because my lar magread was temperpedic and it was too soft. The quality is great on this mattress but the medium feels very firm I am hoping it breakers in before the 90 day trial is over.
