This was a gift, I already have the same item. Could not find it elsewhere, other than a hot %26 cold model at $**** ! Thrilled to find, %26 get, so that I can gift a friend with it!

This device went wrong, I turned it on and it no longer works, and even though I bought it in December, I have not been able to return it because I cannot find the receipt and I no longer have the original box. This was a very bad purchase.

We had to buy three of them and brought two of them back. They stopped working altogether after only 1 week. The third is out as a Christmas present. Not holding our breath.

This is my second one in a few months. Works great at first, then go to turn on and it does nothing. Works great and powerful when it worked. But for some reason they just are not working out.

Awesome machine and it helped with a bad back. Very powerful and does what it is supposed to. Would recommend to everyone. Several different attachments and a very nice carry case.

The product does not work! I can hear the motor attempting to start but it fails every time. The lights flicker when they shouldn't. The charging box was missing. I've bought one of these from another source and it worked great for a long time.
