When looking for a mattress we struggled with the comfort vs price. Being that we both like medium firm (he likes more firm and me a bit softer), we settled between this matress and the Serta iseries. Though the Serta was a few hundred dollars cheaper, we both agreed that we loved the feel of this mattress more and the reviews were more positive for this. To address two of the most common negative reviews on this bed.. #1 being the smell. Yes, it does give off a slight odor, however, this will happen with absolutely any mattress and it isn't harmful (to my knowledge) to your health. We aired it out for a day and made sure to try and break it in with our knees and elbows (helps break up any odor bubbles possibly in the mattress). A week later I can still faintly smell the odor when you take off the mattress protector and sheets. So if you are sensitive to this, this is something to consider. Secondly, some reviews complained about the firmness of the mattress. We were told that all new mattresses will be more firm than what you try in stores (obviously broken in). However, we both feel that the mattress feels EXACTLY like it did in the store. It conforms so well to your body and helps you really stay in line. This made us happy since the floor model had been there since the mattress came out in the store, so we think this will definitely last long. My only con to this mattress is the "chill" aspect. I would not consider this bed to be chill or help with hot sleepers due to the fact that the sheets block any cooling powers it may have. That being said this was not a major reason we purchased the mattress so it still gets 5 stars for us! Hope this helps!

I am happy that I made the decision to purchase this mattress. It took me a couple of nights to adjust to this mattress from a 24 year old firm Sterns & Foster mattress. I am sleeping well, with great CPAP output. I was fearful of the memory foam in this mattress, but my husband and I could not sleep more comfortably!

Purchased the Silver Chill Hybrid Mattress and I honest can vouch that the mattress is very comfortable! I got my mattress recently in the month of October of 2019 and I yet have to complain about waking up with a back pain. I literally have not waken up with back pain and for that I'm grateful with Sealy for a great job of the comfort of the mattress. It's very true that you get what you pay for and even though you might pay a higher price on the mattress but the reward of feeling great every morning it worth it! I highly recommend a Silver Chill Hybrid Mattress!

We purchased this mattress after I hurt my back (nurse) and had been suffering on a memory foam mattress that was 10 years old. I would literally take Motrin BEFORE I went to bed so I could rest and not wake up in pain... still woke up in pain. This mattress falls under the "firm" category BUT is NOT a rock and has a little bit of cushion on top. You can actually feel the mattress adjusting to your curves when you turn side to side. I am SOOO HAPPY we bought this mattress and my back is too! The SILVER CHILL has stopped the constants sweats that our old memory foam caused. If you're looking for firm, but not a slab of concrete and a little give for comfort then this is the mattress for you!

Tried all different brand and model of mattresses as soon as we tried this one we knew it was the one for us. Wife like it Firm I like the cushion top. We could not find one that would match both requirement that we both liked until we tried this one. In additional to the Adjustable base it made it the perfect match. It's time to put it to good use.

I've had a Sealy Hybrid Plus Plush for 7 years, love it. Ordered a 2nd on direct from Sealy, excellent service...until delivery. They 3rd party service moved the date (against my will) and then showed up at 7:20am for an 8:30am-12pm delivery. They removed 1 mattress from my guest bedroom and I had them bring the new mattress to the master bedroom 20 ft away on the same same ground floor. They immediately told "I won't touch that master mattress, that's a 2nd mattress". So me (the elderly old man) had to remove the Seally Hybrid Plus from the master bed while 3 younger men stood by watching. Whereby they tossed on the new one , snapped a photo and ran off. I was eventually able to get a friend to help me move the old Sealy Hybrid Plus over to the guest bed. So I end up accommodating Sealy delivery people at every turn, wrong date, wrong time, but they could not lift a finger for me. Now my back hurts, never again.... Yes, it's a great mattress, but you need to buy it someplace that won't make delivery a nightmare. What a shame.

We have always purchased extra firm innerspring mattresses.to give us as much support as possible. We took a chance on this hybrid mattress with both the innerspring coils, and the Termperpedic foam on top. A perfect combination. The coils give us the support we need, and the foam cushions the pressure points on my hips, and my husband's shoulders. Thumbs up from both of us after the first 2 nights of great sleep on this new mattress.

This new mattress is incredible. It is helping my husband's pain and the new pillows helps straighten his back again. He feel less pain on his upper nerve on his left arm. I am so grateful we purchased this bed. I am so sold on mattress firm. The staff on Warner rd was very helpfull , patient & amazing. I will buy again from mattress firm.

I Purchased 2 twin mattresses for my 5 year old grandchildren. Very pleased with the quality of this Sealy product . Your salesman spend a great deal of time helping me while I was at the store. I asked lots of questions regarding a future purchase. He showed me the new type of items and also showed me the differences in the different types. Very interesting. I was torn between this mattress and the one that was a little firmer. I wish I had gone with the firmer mattress but overall this is a very good mattress. I don't have hip or back pain in the morning like I did on the old mattress. Overall I would buy a Sealy again and as i sleep on it more it might turn out to be the perfect fit
