The brush head is small, circular and compact just like a dental hygienist's polishing cup. I should know, because I am a dental hygienist. I have been advising my patient's to use Oral B products for almost 15 years now. The bristles cup the tooth nicely to remove plaque and also stimulate the gums. The rubber inserts also help with gum health and let's be honest, most patients don't floss, so this is definitely an advantage . If people just move it from tooth to tooth it does the work for you. Another plus is that you don't have to scrub so hard to get a thorough cleaning, thus preventing gum recession. All in all a great product!

I have been using an Oral -B electric toothbrush for more than 15 years, and the Floss Action replacement heads for at least the last several of those years. I recently purchased a pack of 3 (good thing I didn't get more), and was extremely disappointed with them, thinking the first one was mechanically defective because it felt like the brush barely moved. Tried another from the new pack with the same result, then read the new and old packages to find the MicroPulse bristles to apparently be the difference. I don't know the intent of this change, but I do know that I'll need to find some new old stock of brush heads (pre-MicroPulse) to purchase. If not, I will need to throw away what has been a perfectly good power toothbrush for a very long time, and find another that works adequately. It's either that, or go back to manual brushing, which I quit many years ago due to Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Thanks, Oral -B!

I've developed periodontal disease 20 years ago. Since that time I have used this type of toothbrush and brush to help me fight the problem. It has helped me to get cleaner teeth and fight this disease. I will always have an Oral B brush and the corresponding heads. Thanks!

Oral B has done it again with this brush. It is great with the blue dye that tells you when to replace the brush. Feels great on your teeth and gums, but not too hard that is will do any damage. Like the fact that you can change colors on the brush to indicate who has what brush head. Nice job Oral-B!

I have been an Oral-B Triumph user for the past 7 years. I have been using the same handle that whole time which is about double the time of my Sonicare. I have used the Floss - action head several times and have always been very happy with the way it works. My teeth always feel clean all day.

I am a hygienist. I see abrasion at the gun line of many of my patients causing sensitivity to cold and touch. Many of these patients use of these patients are using sonicare electric brushes. I never have patients with heavy abrasion can attribute this to oral b gentle brushes.

I have been using the Oral B electric rechargeable Toothbrushes for years! The only replace ment heads that truly do the job are the Oral B replacement heads. I have tried many of the Oral B replacement heads and all are fantastic at removing the plaque and truly do remove layers of tartar!

I have had braces on for 17 months. Brackets and arch wire braces. Awful to keep clean! But I tried the floss action replacement head, not really expecting to like it, but it works great! I eat a lot of salad so lettuce is really difficult to get out but somehow this brush does a great job. I'll definitely be suggesting it to patients in ortho and with bridgework, and probably just everyone!

It is the best bristle out there in the market. I recommend to patientd all ages. It really works great especially patients with braces and smaller mouth, kids to older people. It cleans well on the surface and inbetween teeth. I strongly recommend this product.
