This brush head tends to feel a little more rough because of the plastic tips. I wouldn't recommend this brush to anyone with recession or sensitivity. However, it does clean very thoroughly.

Allows different types of cleaning with same tooth brush, some time your teeth may be a bit more sensitive so you want a softer brushing, while normally you want a good clean feel.

I love using my electric toothbrush and these brushes do a very good job! Not sure why they are called flossaction because I do not believe they take the place of using floss. But if they help remove tartar they are working well.
