Thank you for your review! Unexpectedly low results can occur if the allergen that causes your symptoms is not measured on this panel. For example, pet dander may not be the issue, but pet urine or saliva. Even though this test measures your IgE antibody response to 40 common indoor and outdoor allergens, there are still many more out there. It is also possible that symptoms can sometimes be related to another allergen not tested on this panel, or another condition with similar symptoms to an allergic reaction. We always recommend following up with your healthcare provider or an allergy specialist if your symptoms persist.
