I was so pleased with the efficiency and ease of my first test that I ordered my next one. The results came in promptly and in an easy to read format. I like that I have the Dr report too.

I had trouble collecting enough blood for the sample. I emailed customer support and their response was quick, with additional helpful insights, and they mailed me another collection card and more lancets.

The tests are convenient, easy, quick, and they provide a full detailed report. Communication with team is excellent. They are proactive and reach out with any questions. The only downside is the test are pricey!

I like how easy the instructions are and how simple collection was. My only issue is that it's hard to get the blood out on your own while milking the finger so I had to have another person help me. Otherwise it seems great and I like how in depth the results are. It shows the reactivity rate or number and where to find the allergen/how to avoid it.

The testing was easy and took no time at all. Not very happy with the results as I tested very low in all categories. My allergies are pretty bad and most times I have no voice when I am outside so doesn't make much sense, but I guess that is the way it is.
